Beautiful hotel away from the hustle and bustle

Pros: The hotel is beautiful with lovely outdoor areas. The staff we very helpful and friendly. We stayed here for the last couple of days of our trip to relax after the busy medina so it was perfect for this. We didn’t organise any excursions but there is lots on offer for you to do from the hotel which can be booked the day before as either private or group trips.

Cons: Our shower didn’t work properly so kept getting extremely hot without warning. The staff tried to fix it but it stayed the same. We didn’t complain further as we were checking out the next day but I imagine the staff would have sorted this out. The indoor pool and spa could do with some TLC

Pros: My partner and I had the best stay at Hapimag Marrakech! Aamr and the rest of the team were amazing from the beginning to the end of our stay, they made us worrying about nothing but relax and enjoy Martakech. The structure is beautiful and you will find all you need. We will come back for sure! Thank you Selene and Matteo

Perfect stay in a very quiet place , hotel staff from front desk to restaurant were tremendous

Pros: Very quiet hotel outside Marrakech , 20 minutes drive . Best place to have rest in very confortable and clean rooms . The hotel staff were tremendous , from the front desk , to the sauna and the restaurant-bar . Special thanks to the manager Youssef . I definitely recommend this hotel

Lovely reaxig stay

Pros: Staff here are amazing. It's a lovely tranquil setting. Food is incredible. Shuttle bus was a great bonus. Fantastic value.

Cons: Was a little quiet in the evening post dinner. Towels were not changed in the room.

A place of calm

Pros: Beautiful place. Yes, it’s some distance from the centre of Marrakesh but it’s perfect if you want quiet. The staff are so kind and friendly …like every single person! They were also incredibly helpful in arranging excursions, answering my questions, etc.

Pros: Excellent behavior by every single employee of the resort. From the manager to the waiters. All of them were very generous and sympathetic. They actually care about you and about the reputation of their resort. Every single interaction with them exceeded my expectations. Also: The architecture, the food and the music was Moroccan, which was exactly what we wanted.

Cons: Pool water a bit cold

Great stay. Great staff.

Pros: About 30 minutes from main city. The place is beautiful. Staff was very courteous, friendly and humble. Daily shuttle that takes you to the city at minimal cost. Highly recommended.

Cons: No bidet for muslim in washroom to clean up.
