Appartement Ain Asserdoun

As I was traveling by bicycle, this apartment was absolutely ideal for resetting.

Pros: The host was extremely friendly and helpful from the first moment. Communication was easy and smooth. The location was very convenient for my needs, with everything I required within easy reach. The apartment itself is big, spacious, and comfortable — plenty of room to relax and organize my things. Overall, a very pleasant stay and I would happily come back again.

Pros: host picked me up from bus station even though I didn’t ask, he also made me tea when we got there, very nice man

Cons: Initially problem with hot water but promptly fixed by owner. No dedicated parking place, parking on the street which could be little problematic. Quite far away , uphill from centre with restaurant and grocery

Pros: Great location easy to find lots to do within walking distance. Cooking facilities. Basic bathroom Great value for money

Cons: The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Could have done with a hard sponge for cleaning the pan.

Pros: Mehdi was very kind and tried his best to meet our requests. The flat was clean and big. The dinner was delicious!

Cons: In the apartment there was no soap nor shampoo.

Cheap and cheerful, rough and ready, great host.

Pros: The apartment is in a small, lively, neighbourhood street with a mosque at the end. It's on the edge of the town and less than a 15-minute walk to the Ain Asserdoun spring and a lovely park with fountains and waterfalls. Beni Mellal Castle is another short climb, well worth it for the views. Walking down to the town is easy enough; walking back up depends on your legs. Small taxis are plentiful. Mehdi is a very attentive and welcoming host and quick to respond if something is needed, like a gas bottle changing, for example. Wifi was good.

Cons: For the price I paid, really not much to complain about. I needed to clean a bit but to be fair to Mehdi, he had prepared another apartment for me and it was me who asked for the one with a street view and small balcony, which hadn't been cleaned. He cleaned a bit and I cleaned a bit more. :-)

Pros: Spacious flat. Super friendly owner who even helped us fix a zipper and made us tea on arrival.

Cons: Bed a bit hard.

Apartment to stay one night.

Pros: Spacious apartment. Good for a one night stay in Morocco. Friendly owner. Nearby is a park with Waterfalls Ain Asserdoun.

Cons: Adaptation of the apartment for guest accommodation has not yet been completed. There were not enough dishes and sheets. Blankets with scents.
