Goog choice even for a longer stay

Pros: Even if the apartment is located in a building dating probably from the 1980s in Ville Nouvelle, a lot of effort has been made to recreate the atmosphere of a luxury dwelling in the Medina. Excellent location: train station can be reached even on foot in 15-20 minutes, while Borj Fes shopping mall (with a big Carrefour supermarket open till 10 PM) is also a 15 minutes walk away. Petit taxi rank is almost in front of the house. Good interaction with Mr.Abdel who acts as caretaker; he lives on the floor bellow, speaks a fluent French and English and is always ready to help you (he can also find the car and the driver for excursions around Fes at a reasonable price). Very clean. Well equipped kitchen, suitable for some light cooking. Excellent WiFi.

Cons: Location of the apartment isn't indicated correctly on booking.com. In fact, the building is located exactly opposite from the place where booking.com says it is. As in the building there are several staircases, it isn't clear which one leads to the apartment (it's the first on the left as you enter the building). Bad odour coming from the drain in the kitchen and the bathroom (however, it's largely kept under control by plastic covers). A few suggestions to the owner: 1. Make a drawing showing the exact position of the building and indicate the right staircase; 2. Keep the cleaning accessories out of the bath tub and out of sight; 3. Add some toiletries in the bathroom; 4. Replace the battery in the wall clock.

Pros: The location of the apartment is good - it is a 15-20 min walk to either train or bus station, and it is within a walkable distance to the city centre. We stayed there in the midddle of our trip, so, we really appreciated the possibility to do our laundry

Amazing host and great stay

Pros: The host is a fantastic man who is always available for you if you need something. Very friendly and helpful man! The apartment itself is spacious, clean and has enough space for a big group of travelers. I would definitely recommend staying here again.

Pros: Nice location in the city centre, apartment decorated in Moroccan style, a lot of space in living room, well equipped with dishes and appliances.

Cons: sometimes there was a smell from the drain, but this is present in most of the apartments we visited

Pros: Sehr geräumig, recht hell und sehr schön eingerichtet. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Kühlschrank und Gefrierschrank waren bereits kalt bei Ankunft. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat bestens funktioniert und Abdel hat uns persönlich um 4 Uhr Morgens zum Flughafen gebracht. Danke Abdel!💯

Cons: Den Gestank, welcher aus den Abflüssen kommt, hatten wir gut im Griff. Einfach immer die Gummideckel drauf und Türe vom Bad zu. Dann ist es kein Problem. Ausserdem ist dies meiner Erfahrung nach in Fès normal.

Pros: Une remise des clefs très fluide.. Un appart très spacieux et bien décoré, calme. Très bien équipé Assez bien situé.

Cons: Nous étions très demandeurs d une baignoire. L appart en est équipée, et d une très jolie. Mais trop grande pour le ballon d eau chaude. Juste bien pour faire barboter nos filles. Notre hôte nous a parfaitement prévenu. Mais bon, c était notre exigence dans le commentaire booking.

Pros: El apartamento está muy bien, amplio y limpio, ubicado en una 4 planta sin ascensor..

Cons: La placa de cocina y cafetera no funcionaban y la placa de ducha desaguaba con demasiada dificultad.

Pros: Posizione vicinissima a fermata taxi e a 8 minuti a piedi da centro commerciale con supermercato.

Cons: Pulizia migliorabile e leggero odore di fogna nel bagno
