Pros: Big apartment, with all you need. And perfect safe parking! You can walk in 10 minutes to good supermarket and taxi opportunities. It's just 20 Dh to Medina by taxi!

Cons: It's more or less basement...but for this price totally acceptable.

Quite and spacious apartment

Pros: Nice, quite, spacious and clean basement unit. Kitchen well equipped and unit has two bathrooms to accomodate large family size. The unit is really more suitable for large families. Unit in a new development area so it is better to use Waze rather than Google maps to get to it. The owner is very nice and helpful, she provided complete information and instructions. The security agent was very cooperative and helpful as well.

Cons: The bedroom mattress needs to be updated to a more comfortable one. I used the twin mattress as it was more comfortable.

Pros: nice property located in a new, safe neighborhood with guarded streets. Welcoming and helpful host, parking in the inner courtyard. for us, the distance from the center was not a problem (we were on motorcycles) and in the surroundings you can find good restaurants, grocery stores, ... Easy to find, quick communication with the host, everything was very good

Pros: L appartement est grand, très propre. Draps et linge de toilette propres. Eau chaude dans les douches. 2 salles de bains et toilettes. La température ambiante est fraîche par rapport a la température extérieure très élevée a Fès. Maison sous surveillance, possibilité de rentrer la voiture dans le jardin. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques.
