Residence Chay - Luxury Appart

Great appartment

Pros: The appartment was spotless,rooms large ,bed comfy,tv great. Great appartment.

A very nice stay, would definitely recommend!

Pros: The host was very welcoming, the apartment was really spacious and had everything that you could need. The balconies were really nice and had full on sun the entire day. Netflix was already logged in on arrival. Overall a fantastic hotel!

Cons: Just some minor things; in both bedrooms the lights weren't working and in one bedroom none of the poweroutlets worked. Also the door to one of the bedrooms was damaged, which would make it jam and kind of lock you up a little. No big deal if you use the door really gently.

Pros: The rooms were huge!! I liked that the sink is outside of the bathroom, it helps to gain a lot of time when getting ready. The breakfast was very good.

Cons: There was no trashcan for the bathroom.

A great one-night stop during the desert tour

Pros: We were happy about the washing machine. The front desk and breakfast/cafe staff are nice, helpful, and reliable. We needed to start our breakfast at 08:00 due to a pickup schedule though it usually at 08:30. It was quite on time and we didn’t need to rush to finish breakfast. Our balcony overlooks a small roundabout garden, which is very pleasant in the morning.

Pros: The property was very close to the airport so easy commute. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Manager Bader, who went over the board to help us feel comfortable. The property so close to all the amenities including restaurants and supermarkets. All in all we had a fantastic stay!

Pros: This is i addition to my review where I explained why we liked Chsy so much. I should add that check-in and communication are great. And a big thank you to Chay for so kindly helping us retrieve something we left behind. They responded efficiently and kindly. It's worth a visit for sure.

Pros: The apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The two air conditioners keep everything nice and chilly. The shower is good. We enjoyed the balcony. The location is good with the café downstairs and little shops nearby, and we easily walked to other interest areas. The kitchen had enough to cook with and provided oil and condiments, which we appreciated. And, the tv was easy to use and had a Netflix account ready to go.

Honestly, the best stay of my life.

Pros: Everything was perfect: the location, the apartments, the views, the cleanliness, and the staff. A truly wonderful place! Mustapha, who assisted with check-in, was absolutely incredible. He went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable. I had luggage and a flight to catch, and he kindly arranged storage and allowed me extra time in the apartment while I waited. I’ve never experienced such outstanding service before. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone staying in Ouarzazate.
