Pros: I really appreciate the staff who work there. I like small, but the cozy room and a climatization, which I could use to make my room warmer. Towels, breakfast- all what you need.

Cons: When I open the window, I can hear everything from the main terrace (hall), because it goes straight to the middle of the riad.

Pros: Abdul is a really nice and kind guy, gave a lot of helpful advice. The room was clean with a great shower. Breakfast was also very good. Very good for the low price.

Cons: Our room was on the ground floor, a bit dark and not soundproof. But if you dont spend a lot of time in the room, its really ok!

Amazing!

Pros: The accommodation was well located within the city walls. Within a ten-minute walk, you are in the heart of the medina. The property was very clean and the host was exceptionally friendly. We could leave our luggage behind after checking out and the host loaned us an umbrella for the rain. I would definitely consider staying here again if I return to Fez.

Cons: We visited during the low season, so it was pleasantly quiet. We did notice that the accommodation was somewhat noisy in terms of transmission, but this did not cause any issues for us.

Cons: It didn’t has a key for the entrance door, yet it is not that big of a problem since there was always someone to open it for us

Amazing place and good location

Pros: the place is very charming and clean. the room is big well furnished and the bathroom is huge! the host is such an amazing, friendly and attentive person. he was really helpful all the time. the location is great cause it’s in medina on a small quiet street but really close to the big street with the restaurants, atms and taxis. this is smth you only can appreciate when you understand what a labyrinth Fes city is. I think it’s an outstanding place for the price we’ve paid.

Cons: we are pretty satisfied with everything. maybe the only thing we would change is the light in the room to be warmer, not so bright. but we fixed it with couple of colorful tissues. anyways it’s more personal I guess.

The location of the property is very central, which made it easy for me to explore the city on foot. It was extremely convenient for discovering the surroundings. The accommodation offers excellent value for money. The rooms are very nice, clean, and have a beautiful authentic atmosphere that really reflects the local character. Breakfast was also very good and enjoyable. Overall, I had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place.

Pros: Near to everything but still in a quiet area. Close proximity to several good restaurants. Spacious rooms, good breakfast, excellent service from Abdul. He really went out of his way to make our stay happy and comfortable.

Cons: The water is not the hottest.
