Truly delightful stay - Highly Recommended!
Pros: You couldn’t wish for a warmer welcome! Mohammed & Fatima were the best hosts, making us feel at home straight away with tea & snacks, and sharing lots of information and local knowledge with us. The room was colourful and cosy, and they supplied extra blankets as the weather was very cold that night. Keep an eye out for the two Little Owls that we saw on the ksar behind the house!
Cons: Don’t follow google maps! Ask for directions as it is off the main road, but it’s all the better for being in a quiet place.

Pros: Very nice and welcoming family, they also invited us to play cards with them. Rooms were nice and cozy. There is also a beautiful terrace at the rooftop. Breakfast was big and really good.
Cons: Lower water pressure in the top room. Dinner they offer is for quite high prices and the accommodation is quite far away from the city with nothing much in the vicinity.

Amazing, authentic experience!
Pros: Even though we stayed at Dar Mayssa Rose for just one night, it was truly unforgettable. The hospitality of this family is beyond anything we’ve ever experienced. Fatima, Mohammed, and their wonderful kids welcomed us like we were part of their home. When we arrived, we were greeted with a beautiful rose flower and delicious tea, which we enjoyed together - such a heartfelt gesture! Fatima is an amazing cook, and her breakfast alone is a reason to come back :) We woke up to the most incredible view from the terrace, surrounded by a calm and authentic Moroccan atmosphere. Even in such a short time, we felt deeply connected and cared for. We genuinely wish we could have stayed longer. Absolutely recommended to anyone looking for a warm, authentic experience!
Cons: Nothing to complain, and if it would, I’m quite sure the hosts would care for that :)

DAR MAYSSA ROSE warmth and authenticity
Pros: Mohammed and Fatima are the most welcoming hosts. An authentic Moroccan Dar (home) shared with a warm and genuine family. Fatima provided a tasty home cooked tagine dinner for us. Breakfast was nice too. Fatima and her daughter also managed two large loads of washing for us, and got it dry by the next morning (we had been on the road for 2wks). Our room was very comfortable and the bathroom was for our use only. We met the neighbour (and her children) who is photographed making the bread for our dinner. If we can ever return to Morocco we would just love to stay again at Dar Mayssa Rose with family Baba.
Cons: Only that we couldn't stay longer

Welcoming family with excellent view and food
Pros: Really welcoming and helpful. Mohammad knows some English which helps a lot. Lunch and dinner were also exquisite with really good portions. Breakfast can be done on the terrace which has a magnificent view on the valley and mountains. Its surrounded by many houses there were damaged and could be hard to find, but they sent me the most precise instructions, so I had absolutely no problem finding it.
Cons: Not much warm water for showering

Pros: Mohammed and Fatima are very kind hosts. They invite you into their home and ensure you have a pleasant stay. The breakfast was excellent. The road leading to the property is small, but manageable.
