We ascendend into grand wizards

Pros: It’s close to the dunes and the tent was clean with warm water. The tours we’re good arranged. They have traditional clothing to keep you warm as well.

Cons: They can have bit more towels and the heating could be a bit warmer.

A touristy experience

Pros: This camp is on the edge of the desert and you can easily hike up the Dunes to watch the sunset. The room was comfortable, cosy bed, hot shower. There was heating but it wasn't the best. They provided traditional outfits to keep you warm. The evening camp fire entertainment was fun. The sahara desert was beautiful.

Cons: This is one of 300 desert camps and they are all located next to eachother like a row of terraced houses. It is a touristy experience but still enjoyable. There are extra costs on top of the room to be aware of, €60 per person for transport across the Dunes. The evening food was not great, average at best, not luxury. The breakfast was fine. Overall, if you want to see the Sahara its fine but it's not quite what it is made out to be.

Excellent camp for 1 night, but do not book extra activities!

Pros: The camp itself was super nice, the tents are super comfortable and well conditioned (heating in winter is available), nice bathroom and hot shower. Dinner and breakfast are good. People are friendly and make a small music show for you in the fire.

Cons: Sandboarding is available for free but with an old semibroken snowboard which makes it impossible to actually do anything (especially without proper boots which are also not available). They charge 70eur extra for \

Pros: This was such an incredible experience. We rode to the camp on camels and were able to see the sun set from the dunes. We arrived at camp and were served some tea, settled in, and provided a delicious meal. Afterward, we had music around a campfire and went to sleep. Bring warm clothes if you are there in the winter. The next morning, we had a delicious breakfast. Everyone was really welcoming and fun. We would definitely go back!

Heated Tent with Friendly Host!

Pros: Haven’t been to other camps before, but heard several of them do not have heatings in the tent. But this one has heating at night which was great!

Lovely stay in the middle of the sand dunes of the Sahara.

Pros: Amazing experience, beautiful set up in the middle of sand dunes. The decoration is very cute. Amazing food!!! and very friendly staff

Cons: On top of the price you pay when you book, you will need to pay the transfer from the hotel to the desert camp. This is not really clear when you first book. This is, in my opinion, too expensive. 600 dirhams (60€) per person. And needs to be paid in cash on arrival. You can choose camel ride or jeep.

Pros: We had a great experience staying at this camp. The staff were nice, they made sure we have everything we need and prepared nice evening program for us (fire, drums, tea and telling riddles). Kids loved the stay too. Delicious cuisine. The rooms were spotless clean. Working wifi, electricity, bathroom, thick duvets. We rode camels to the camp and they were well behaved, didn’t seem distressed or unhappy. Overall it was a great experience. Thank you!

Cons: The heating was working but we’d prefer if it was a bit warmer at night/in the morning.

Lovely luxury tents, lovely friendly staff, good plentiful food and our excursions were great too, although quite expens

Pros: Lovely luxury tents, lovely friendly staff, good plentiful food and our excursions were great too, although quite expensive

Cons: The property should not allow babies and toddlers to stay. It is an expensive experience that was spoilt for us by a toddler who cried all night, whose parents left it to cry and keep all 6 tents awake all night. It is not a suitable place for a baby or toddler. It was also freezing cold at night and extra blankets in the room would have been helpful.
