Riad Fes Elite

It was great. Everything I expected and more. I would highly recommend it.

Pros: The breakfast was amazing, the view from the terrace during the breakfast is a big bonus. The location is excellent, close to a road, but still in the old Medina. There are shops nearby and everything else you might need. The host is helpful and if you need any help with organising day trips or transport to and from the airport he can help you.

Cons: Nothing was problematic or bad. The only minus I can add is the AC unit appears to need cleaning. Other than that everything is functional.

Pros: Perfect location next to Medina.Very nice rooftop where generous breakfast served.In narrow street but only few steps from main road.Bus 19 fm Fes airport for 4 Dhs and walking then.Walk to train station too.

Cons: Pool was empty but guess that is becouse first week of December not a season.

Lovely week in Fez

Pros: This Riad is placed near the blue gate a really comfy access to the Medina, also helps you in case you are doing travels during your stay in Fez.

Cons: Everything was fine, we can't complain about anything because the owner took care of every need that we had.

Great hospitality

Pros: We loved Abdul and Jawhara's hospitality, the breakfast, and the fact that they even made us a packed lunch when we planned a day trip. Abdul even accompanied us at night to the car he had organised for us to take to the airport. Thank you so much for everything!

Cons: Although the room and bathroom were very clean, there was always a strong smell coming from the drain.

Pros: The Riad is very characteristic and well decorated. The room was fabulous with the colored-glass windows into the central court. The terrace was amazing with nice view of the Medina. The breakfast was delicious.

Cons: The Riad is located in a narrow alley in the downhill part of the Medina. It is very centric, but getting there from the top attractions can be tricky because you have to cross the whole maze of alleys and souks. At night, it was a bit dodgy.

Perfect stay in Fez!

Pros: Abdul (the host) is a very kind and attentive person, always willing to recommend places to go, day trips to do... He is the best. Among other things, he offered to print our boarding passes for free and took care of everything we weren't sure about. Also, the breakfast was superb, very diverse, abundant and with local product. If the weather is good, you can have it on the terrace, which has breathtaking views over the Medina. The location is perfect since taxis can drop you off only a minute away from the riad. The rooms are pretty nice and the staff is very helpful; they will leave the room each day as if it were the first day.

Cons: Although the bathroom was nice and clean, there was some sewage smell in it.

Pros: Beautiful view from the terrace, very clean room, delicious breakfast. They even packed us breakfast cause we needed to check out early for desert tour.

Cons: Bathroom was smelly

If one does not mind the walking, this is a wonderful riad lowly priced in Morocco.

Pros: Their staff were excellent in helping hotel guests. They can speak many languages fluently. When they knew that I would check out early in the morning, they packed my breakfast for me, without charge or question! This riad provided really hot water for shower, my other booked hotels offered only slightly warm water which I only wanted to wash my hands.

Cons: The location is a bit far from the main road, one must walk the narrow alley to reach the riad.

Nice stay

Pros: Very old Riad close to the madina and the hussel and bussel of Fes. Very good breakfast on the terrace. Good value
