An absolutely stunning location to o for peace, calm and a romantic moment with beautiful views.

Pros: The place was stunning and every single detail was beautiful. I could have stayed a lot longer. It was paradisiac. The breakfast was excellent.

Breathtaking views, tranquil setting in the Moroccan countryside and excellent hospitality.

Pros: Stunning views, beautifully designed building and grounds, very comfortable and spacious room, delicious food and excellent staff. Such a fantastic find! We stayed 5 nights to relax and unwind, and to escape the cold wet weather in England. We mixed local walks with a few excursions to Anima Gardens and a hike in the Ourika Valley. The staff are very helpful and flexible to whatever you might need. Highly recommended.

An incredibly peaceful oasis with outstanding views andsmazing staff.

Pros: The peace, decor, food, ambience were outstanding. From the moment we stepped into the pool area we felt relaxed and at home. The staff were incredible- leaving us to relax but there if we needed them Omar took care of everything,

Cons: When we arrived it was outstanding. It would have been helpful to be aware of the off road track you needed to drive down to find the hotel.

Pros: Everything, It was the perfect stay. Omar, the host, is very welcoming. The Dar is in a faboulous spot, super calm and quiet. It is carefully and consciously designed to surpass all the expectations. Best value money of our whole trip.

Cons: Nothing. Honestly It is a real 10 out of 10.

An oasis of calm in the Atlas foothills

Pros: Dar Tafantant is a tranquil oasis in the Atlas foothills, surrounded by wide mountain views that immediately slow you down. The setting is calm and restorative; the kind of place where you can sit on the terrace or in the gardens and just take it all in. What really made my stay stand out, though, was Omar, the host. He’s warm, attentive and genuinely welcoming; the kind of hospitality that makes you feel at home straight away. His lemon-ginger lemonade became a little highlight of every day. With its beautiful location, authentic atmosphere and Omar’s hospitality, Dar Tafantant is more than just a stopover. It’s the perfect place to start a trip through Morocco or to escape the buzz of Marrakech for a while. I left feeling rested, grateful and connected to the surroundings. Shukran, Omar, for your kindness and for that unforgettable lemonade!

Highly recommended stay

Pros: We loved our stay here. It’s very clean and well kept. The bed was very comfortable, we slept so well. Location is very nice to relax, we decided to stay here 2 days at the end of our holiday and it was such a calm ending ro our holiday after the chaos of Marrakech. Food was really good too, all of the dishes we tries were without doubt the best we had during our trip. The staff, and hosts Omar and Mohammed are very kind and helpful, they were very accomodating with arranging things for my toddler.

Cons: Nothing much

A peaceful, scenic stay with great food and friendly service. Highly recommend.

Pros: One of the most beautiful hotel grounds I’ve seen. The views all around the property were incredible and there are so many different spots to relax and read your book. The food was also amazing, highly recommend the fish tajine. The manager was so attentive and ready to answer questions at any time of day. I highly recommend staying here.

Cons: The bed was quite hard although for 2 days it was absolutely fine. Our shower was blocked so it would flood the whole bathroom when we showered.

A perfect break! We will be back!

Pros: Bliss! Total peace and quiet, amazing to get away from normal life. Stunning views and amazing food.

Perfect stay

Pros: The host Mohammed and Omar made our stay very special. They couldn’t do enough for us. The property is beautiful and set in the most peaceful grounds. The food is amazing too. We will definitely be back. Get base for the Altas mountains. They run their own excursions. This is a must. Such a great day.
