Pros: We had a wonderful stay at Dar Chez Khadija . The whole house is beautifully and delicately decorated, creating a cozy “feel at home” atmosphere. The location inside the medina is perfect, and the terrace with a view is a real highlight. Jassine was an amazing host — welcoming, helpful, and attentive. The breakfast he prepared for us daily was great as well. Communication with our host was quick and easy. We absolutely recommend Dar Chez Khadija and would love to return.

Cons: The bathroom leaked. It’s a shame this is the only thing that was bad but it did render a whole bathroom basically useless.

Excellent old city stay in Fez

Pros: Incredible architecture and design of 300 yr old building Great location on one of 2 main streets of medina Good functional kitchen and laundry Yassine was great for making breakfast and answering questions and meeting us at parking lot Nice terrrace for afternoon sun

Cons: Climbing! It's 2 flights of narrow and uneven stairs to get to bedrooms or 3 to terrace or 1 to kitchen

Gorgeous and comfortable and enjoyable

Pros: The service was superb not before the booking with fast and accurate information as well as during our stay helping us finding good restaurants, a porter, taking care about us so well that it made it a very valuable holiday experience. The road was spacey, authentic, charming and really good - beds were of unchallenged quality nice soft. Breakfast lovely - next time we might even have it on the roof terrace which is a relaxing place given a great overview of fez. We loved it!

Cons: It was all so well - I would not know what could have been done better

Pros: This riad is well located to the main arteries of the medina, food markets, merchandise stores, restaurants and cafes. Yassine is very helpful and responds quickly to requests. The rooftop terrace is a great place to relax.

The house was a wonderful reprieve from the hustle and bustle of the Medina, would stay here again and again!

Pros: Great, safe location, comfortable beds, cold AC and Yassine is superb. Owner responded very promptly throughout the stay and prior.

Preciosa casa en plena Medina

Pros: La casa es preciosa, está bien situada en el centro de la Medina. Yasin nos ha preparado unos desayunos muy completos, y nos ha traído un radiador para reforzar el aire y poder calentar el salón.

Cons: El aire caliente no fue suficiente para calentar la casa.
