Chez l'habitant (Ba Omar)

Pros: Very warm welcome with tea and an upgrade of our room because nobody else was there. Great breakfast, Omar was amazingly helpful and aware of our well being. We extended! Shukran!

Cons: Shower has little pressure but was warm and a huge bathroom. With many guests it becomes busy with just one bathroom

Great value for a money

Pros: Im have got a room with bathroom on the top with big terrace. amazing view!

Pros: Mr. Omar, the proprietor, went out of his way to ensure a comfortable stay. Despite not speaking a common language, we were able to communicate, although the interactions would've been a lot more fulfilling if we did.

Cons: Finding the place was a little challenging, as the map location takes you to a school right next to the place.

Pros: Super accommodation, great breakfast and delicious coffee, you have to try

Pros: Omar was the perfect host, very Friendly, helpful and sociable. He made us feel at home. We enjoyed the views from the terrace room, the sunset is amazing from there. Comfy bed, hot shower. His wife cooked us a delicious evening meal. The house is located in a quiet area, only 10mins walk from the town centre.

Exactly what we were hoping for

Pros: Breakfast was great and plentiful. The hosts where very friendly and helpful and did there best to create a nice atmosphere - bringing guests together for tea and conversation at various points during the day. Aziz (Speaks several languages) helped us arrange a trip to the sand dunes and Omar drove us back to the bus station and helped us negotiate taxi fares. They are business men but really genuine people once the business is out of the way. I would certainly go back there again

Cons: I wish that we had more time to stay longer

Pros: Very nice people, extremely hospitable and helpful. Clean room and bathroom and a nice terrace with the view of the city. It felt like home.

Lovely and quiet. Great after a few days in Sahara!

Pros: Omar was warm and welcoming. He only spoke French and my French is limited but we made it work! The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a great roof terrace. The breakfast was simple but traditional and tasty. The property is within easy access to the taxi rank and CTM bus stop. If I pass through Zagora when I'm next in Morocco I would stay again.

Perfect location at a great price!

Pros: The property is clean and tidy, the family who own the small hotel are very friendly and help with everything you need. They don’t speak much English but the owner brought his nephew over who spoke fluent English to help us sort out a trip for the day. Lovely quiet area with lots of shops and restaurants close by. Probably the best value hotel in zagora.

Cons: Everything is just what you would expect for the price and then some.

Peaceful

Pros: Omar is a wonderful human being and we were so happy to stay with him. His way of making you feel welcome and at home is outstanding. It’s a very peaceful place — perfect to rest and spent time with friends. He is absolutely dedicated to make you feel comfortable and will help you with pleasure. When we arrived in the middle of the night, he was waiting with a car at the bus stop to take us to the hostel.. thank you so much for everything, see you next time Omar. Merci beaucoup !
