A luxury stop for the night

Pros: A luxury break was needed after a long drive. The hospitality was second to none from the beginning to the end. Tariq at the front of house welcomed us warmly and helped us with everything we needed to ensure a smooth check in. Muhammad the maitre d'hotel looked after my family from the morning breakfast and ensured everything was to our expectations. The room was clean large and very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and had an excellent variety. Overall the hotel was clean and had a luxury appeal. A gated entrance to the hotel made us feel secure and the location is ideal when travelling this region. We felt very refreshed after our overnight stay!

Cons: Other than a light bulb that needed replacing in the room, everything really was as good as I could have hoped!

Perfect stay close to the airport

Pros: Perfect location, less than 10m from the airport. Very nice rooms, large with comfy beds. Excellent wifi. Good dining facilities with a decent menus choice. There was a bar which we did not use. Taxi to airport was 150 but reliable for 6am pick up. Overall highly recommended.

Beautiful stop en route to the Sahara

Pros: We were a group of 9, and we had 1 night here travelling between Fez and Merzouga. A beautifully comfortable, clean and stylish hotel with friendly, kind and professional staff. The 2 x double beds in the rooms were very well appreciated by our guests sharing a twin room ( normally single beds). The pool was fantastic and the buffet breakfast was excellent and also included some Moroccan specialty food ( the hssoua porridge and the Merguez sausages) you don't normally see at other accommodations. Appreciated also that they have a bar so a few of us enjoyed a poolside G n T. Highly recommended and would return.

Cons: Some staff struggle with English but they were so kind and helpful that was more important. My only suggestion is my preference trip messages via booking were often not responded to except after a few tries. Likewise emails.

Pros: We traveled by motorcycle and stayed at this hotel – everything was absolutely perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere was very welcoming. We especially appreciated the safe parking and the peaceful surroundings, which made for a relaxing stay after a long ride. Highly recommended for anyone traveling through the area – whether on two wheels or four!
