Relaxing and will be returning

Pros: Breakfast was excellent buffet each day, varied and as much as you would like.Work was being done to refurbish sun loungers and the tidy the gardens. This was great to see it being updated.

Cons: All good. Don’t be afraid to ask if you need anything.

Idyllic paradise

Pros: Absolutely idyllic. No traffic noises, hotel was nice and quiet. Staff were very helpful but not overbearing. Rooms were gorgeous. Breakfast was fresh and light, lunches were ideal. Drinks whenever we needed them - and cheap too! Had an incredibly peaceful time. Will definitely be back.

Cons: The spa could be improved, perhaps some music and ambient lighting. Masseuse didn’t clarify which massage I’d booked, and I presumed she knew - so received a different massage to the one i’d requested. Otherwise a fantastic stay!

Present stay on our way out of Marakesh

Pros: Nice comfortable room with garden/pool view. Friendly staff. Clean. Nice pool and sunbed area. Not fake pictures as some suggest but is now looking a little tired

I had an amazing experience and would highly recommend it.

Pros: It was beautiful and well maintained. It was a perfect oasis.

Cons: It was far from the city Center and it made it more difficult to get to and from the attractions.

Pros: Everything was beautiful, the place was great, the stuff were amazing, the food was very tasty, I will back soon there

Pros: Very calm , relaxing ! nice swimming pool , big room , yes far 11 KM from Marrakech city but, it’s a plus for those who want a calm and refreshing! food is fresh ! a complete Menu lunch or dinner 15 EUR , fresh breakfast! required for family or couple who enjoy calm and get refreshing ! staff - persons are so nice ! reception , cleaning, restaurant really nice people with smiles ! ! a day is longer ! so you will feel that you are off / vacation !

Great but Location is a Downside

Pros: Facilities were great hotel was really clean and well maintained.

Cons: Location is a big factor. It was circa. 20km away from Marrakech which was costly by taxi. There were hardly any taxis locally. Additionally, you cannot use a small taxi from Marrakech at night it has to be a grand taxi.

Pros: Great hotel! Not in the main area 25 minutes out of Medina. I would say good if you want to stay further out. Breakfast was yum and the pool was excellent. Overall nice hotel but isolated
