Beautiful place to stay. Huge rooms. Good value for money

Absolutely worth a visit to escape the city!

Pros: The calmness was so nice. Beautiful poolarea and fun with ping pong table. Nice room, huge bed (hard like all Moroccan beds) with such beautiful view 24/7. We really liked the area for a evening walk. Very good chef, it took long time to get the food (about 45-60 min) but it was worth it. The staff is so friendly. Over all, our purpose was to leave the intense city vibe and we got exactly the relaxation we wanted! Thank you 🙏 we will come back!

Cons: Although friendly staff, we believe they need some more training to be exceptional (management issue, not their fault). How to work effectively, see the guests at all time and a bit more knowledge about the menu etc. And speaking of menu - it needs an update (but the food is tasty!). Every dish needs a description so you know what you order - maybe it will also help your waiters. Only minus with food was the basic breakfast. We appreciate when more than just bread is served, maybe some fruit, vegetable, yogurt etc could be a nice addition.

Pros: Beautiful property; large, clean room with stunning views; lovely, helpful staff; excellent WiFi

Cons: Prices of some transfers (not airport) are quite high; Hamman was not in operation at the time of my stay

Pros: Very accommodating staff, tasty breakfast and dinner, cozy environment.

Pros: The staff were exceptional – warm, attentive and consistently helpful, creating a genuinely welcoming and memorable stay. Beautiful hotel with great views of the surrounding area.

Pros: We loved the breakfast and the manager (and the rest of the staff) was extremely friendly and helpful. The manager helped us book all of our excursions and restaurants!

Cons: We went in the middle of winter and the building is not made for cold weather so in the bathrooms and public spaces it was quite cold.

Pros: We stayed there for two nights, and it was really nice and cozy . The stuff is very friendly and welcoming . If you re looking for a gateway i definitely recommend . They also offer a nice breakfast .

Pros: Location close to Urika valley. Large superior suites. Good food and breakfast. Nicely decorated. Good dinner next to a romantic fire place.

Cons: Bathroom has no heater. Room however well heated.
