Pros: we originally booked this camp. on arrival we changed to the other camp(wich is situated in the dunes unlike this one) it was an amazing experience in the desert. the camp was beautiful and the staff super friendly

Des émotions, des découvertes et des rencontres

Pros: Le Luxury Camp est un campement dans le désert à 7 km du plus proche village M’hamid. L’emplacement est idéalement placé pour admirer le lever et coucher de soleil. L’équipe d’animation est vraiment sensationnelle, toujours très présente pour répondre à nos questions et à nos besoins.

Cons: Le manque de clarté de l’annonce sur Booking. L’éloignement du camp dans le désert implique deux points qui devraient être mentionnés dans le processus de réservation : 1) l’éloignement implique un accès avec un véhicule 4x4. L’agence se charge de vous transporter de M’hamid au camp mais c’est en supplément. Normal mais doit être indiqué clairement au moment de la réservation 2) l’éloignement implique de prendre les repas au camp. Normal mais doit être clairement indiqué au moment de la réservation D’autre part Luxury camp apparaît nul part à M’Hamid. En fait le camp s’appelle Désert Camp Attention également aux propositions de prestations sortie 4x4 vers les grandes dunes, repas, visite du vieux village etc,,,) sans en préciser le coût, car quand vous êtes au campement vous êtes totalement captif car le village est à 7 km du village seul le camp peut vous prendre en charge. Booking doit être plus vigilant sur ces points, je leur enverrai donc copie de cet avis pour être certain que les choses bougent. Dommage car c’est une expérience inoubliable, avec une équipe qui se met en 4 pour vous rendre le séjour agréable.
