Intimate and luxurious

Pros: Stunning riad in an excellent location in the Medina. So much to love about this hotel - luxurious but intimate, welcoming staff, courtyards, gorgeous restaurant setting and lovely rooftop bar and terrace. Not to mention the pool, which was the perfect on a very hot Fes day.

Cons: Whilst there is a small elevator, small steep staircases within the hotel seemed unavoidable. Didn’t bother us but good to know.

Excellent location with elegant courtyard restaurant

Pros: The features of this luxury riad that were wonderful included: = Location was excellent; walking distance to the old medina and central to restaurants in Fez = Courtyard restaurant was stunning with authentic berber musician = Zellige tiled floors in courtyard, lobby and bathrooms with stunning stain glass windows

Cons: The rooms could be brighter as they were a bit dark, and like many Relais & Chateaus we have visited around the world, the rooms are a bit dated.

Incredible, wish I could live there

Pros: Riad Fes is opulent. Everything about this place is amazing. Staff very kind and accommodating. Facilities are a marvel, really a breathtaking place. Best place I stayed during 2 week visit across Morocco (and I stayed at some very nice places)

Simply Exquisite

Pros: Breakfast was exceptional and it felt more like being treated in a Michelin Star Restaurant. Very much impressed with the quality of food and presentation. The entire Riad is exceptionally beautiful with emphasis on privacy and never felt being in a hotel. Got upgraded to Calife Suite with private patio. No doubt, the best place to stay in the entire Medina of Fes !!! Rooftop bar was definitely a treat.

Cons: Everything was perfect, from courteous staff at the front desk to restaurant team, all the time being treated like a royalty.

Pros: This place is absolutely amazing! A wonderful little oasis tucked in the medina of Fez. The rooms are tasteful and unique and do not sacrifice anything on comfort. Rooftop and breakfast buffet great as well!
