Great for Motorcycle travellers. Hidden behind big door on upper town terrace

Pros: Great for Motorcycle travellers as free and hidden parking out front. The guesthouse is in a very quiet private street. Lovely tea and biscuits to welcome us. Rooms are basic but clean. Ensuite toilet and hand shower.

Cons: The bed was quite hard but typical of Morocco. . My toilet was almost impossible to sit on due to leg space. A fat person would really struggle. So check your room first!! Breakfast was 100DH. Which is double what you'd pay at a hotel for the same. Bread, cheese, pan au chocolate, boiled egg, instant coffee etc We felt a little cheated at that but the room was very good value. Which balances it out.

Lovely, tranquil, riad-type hosted accomodation in a beautiful town. A great stay!

Pros: Beautiful, calm location, hosted by a lovely and hospitable family. Delicious breakfast (not included but modestly priced) and options for authentic, home-cooked dinners as well.

Cons: Slight difficulty finding the place, as it does the town does not show well on Google maps. To find it, enter through the large gate/door at the landing (just down from the pin on Maps) and take a right.

Good value and interesting town

Pros: Very friendly welcome and able to accomodate our bicycles. Room small but comfortable and clean. Lovely terraces. Hot shower and enough pressure.

Cons: Very cold at night and no heating. No shared kitchen, microwave or ability to get hot water.

Pros: Great location, helpful on check-in, dinner and breakfast provided during Ramadan, nice outdoor spaces - verandahs and terrace

A welcoming and comfortable place to stay, with a warm welcome and exceptionally good food.

Pros: The Kasbah is exceptionally good and was beyond my expectations. It has a homely feel and is immaculately clean, but more than that, the landlady made me feel welcome from the very first moment. The rooms and the entire building has its own character, and you immediately feel comfortable, and being able to sit on the large patio enjoying the view or the sun is priceless. And the food... I have not been able to finish any of the meals I have had, and I am a big eater. The meals are Moroccan and are beautiful. And the Tajine is the best I've tasted in Morocco. Initially I only planned to stay three nights - but I stayed for an extra night. I am so glad I stayed here.

Nice stay

Pros: The family who own the place is very friendly. The room is clean and comfortable. There is a nice view of mountain in front of the terrace of the room. The clients can order dinner there and the tajine prepared by the owner is delicious.

It was great as it met our expectations based on online description

Pros: Very friendly staff. Great location at the entrance of the town, so you dont have to drag luggage up the steep roads. Room was just as promised.

Cons: The drain in the shower was partly clogged, causing the bathroom to get slightly flooded when showering.

Great value, clean, quiet, caring hosts with great location central to the town. Highly recommend!

Pros: Quiet, comfortable with helpful staff in a great location. Ideal if you arrive as I did by Bus #15 from Meknes as the bus stops a very short distance from the hotel.

Pros: Very friendly staff, offered us some tea and coffee for free. Everything smelled like jasmine. Beautiful terrace on multiple levels.

Wonderful hosts, great location

Pros: Excellent hosts, who cooked superb food. Great location, very peaceful. Parking for motorcycles right outside in alleyway. Very safe. Very close to Volubilis.

Cons: Hidden down side ally, so tricky to find first time. Access for motorbikes is up ramps on steps. Not good for sportbikes!
