Fabulous hospitality and the best supper we had in Morocco.

Pros: We had the most amazing welcome from Rachid. He understood we were concerned about leaving our motorbikes outside so he encouraged us to bring them inside. Great fun in itself!

Cons: The rooms are very dark and would have loved an extra light.

Perfect overnight spot between Marrakesh and Merzouga

Great spot for an overnight stay during a road trip.

Pros: We spent the night here before visiting the Todra Gorges (45-min away by car) the next morning and then continuing on to Merzouga. There’s free parking available right in front of the door, which was super convenient. The property has a pool, sauna, and whirlpool that guests are welcome to use—we didn’t have time to enjoy them, but it’s a nice bonus. Our room looked just like the pictures—nothing luxurious, but it felt authentic. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We also booked dinner for 165 DH per person (around 16.5€). Both dinner and breakfast were very good.

Cons: Just a heads-up: there was no door on the bathroom and no window in our room, but this was visible in the pictures, so we knew what to expect.

Best riad we stayed in Morocco

Pros: This was the best riad we visited and best traditional dinner we had in Morocco. We stayed for one night on our way to Merzouga. The host is very kind and he was always there for us. He even upgraded our room for free. We really enjoyed the sauna & jacuzzi and then dinner to rest after a long drive. There was parking spot outside for our car. Breakfast was also very nice. I definitely recommend this place.

Extraordinary Stay

Pros: Everything was great from the beggining to end. Rashid was an outstanding host, he went above and beyond to make our stay the best possible. The Riad is gorgeous and cozy. It has all types of amenities (we especially loved the sauna upstairs-it even has a jacuzzi and a swimming pool). The room was perfect and the bed comfortable. Our breakfast was included in our stay and it was great, but we really loved the dinner Rashid cooked for us. We definetly urge you to have dinner at the Riad. Outstanding! Finally, great location. 20 minutes from Tinghir's centre.
