Amazing

Pros: We had an amazing stay at this villa just outside Marrakech,The house is beautiful and surrounded by lush greenery, making it the perfect peaceful retreat. The garden and pool area are absolutely stunning, and our kids had the best time swimming and playing outside. The villa is spacious, well-maintained, and offers everything a family needs for a relaxing holiday. The breakfast was also amazing, fresh, delicious, and the perfect way to start each day. The location is great and close enough to Marrakech for visits, but far enough to enjoy privacy and tranquility. We would highly recommend this villa to families or anyone looking for a relaxing getaway near Marrakech. We can’t wait to come back!

Pros: Our stay at this beautiful estate was, overall, an experience to remember. As soon as you pass through the gate, you find yourself in an oasis of tranquility. The serene surroundings, with breathtaking views of the Atlas Mountains and sounds of the birds, make it the perfect place to relax. The facilities in the garden & around the swimming pool were great. There were enough sun loungers and cosy spots to unwind. The gardener does a fantastic job maintaining the flowers, plants, and even the animals on the property. A particular compliment goes to Mina, the lady of the house, who made us every morning a Moroccan breakfast. Her hospitality truly shone when she made a cake to celebrate my pregnancy. Also when we asked (and payed of course) for lunch or diner she made it. Her care made our stay even more enjoyable. A tip for future visitors: there is no village within walking distance, so it’s advisable to arrange transport for groceries and other necessities.

Cons: There are also a few areas for improvement that could improve future visitings: - The beds were very hard; although we like firm mattresses, this was a bit too hard for a good night’s sleep. - The distance to the centre of Marrakech is approximately 45 minutes along bumpy roads, the journey took longer than we had in mind before arrival. - No rubbish bins in the rooms; there was only one bin in the kitchen, which was insufficient for six adults. - Additionally, there was no fence around the pool, which caused a bit of anxiety with children, especially as the pool is quite deep. - Lastly, although they couldn't help it, we were often awakened by the sound of the howling dogs at night. During the night there was more noise than during the day.

Pros: The house was fantastic, outside, inside, surrounding, fields, food, service everything. We are just amazed. My family will never forget this place. We agreed it was the best experience of morroco. We dod not like Marakesh. But we will always want to come back to this vila. I would like to stay here alone even. With a book and my meditations.. vila was just fantastic..

Beautiful Villa with amazing views!

Pros: The staff and the host were super friendly and always tried to help us with any issues that we had. Also the Villa is absolutely beautiful. It is like being in paradise. They also have staff that can cook for you if you want to.

Pros: Superbe villa très bien entretenue, avec toutes les commodités nécessaires pour passer un agréable séjour. Chaque chambre dispose de ses propres toilettes et la literie est très confortable. Personnel au petit soin La vue sur la montagne est splendide Merci Saad pour l acceuil

Merveilleux séjour à l'orée de Marrakech

Pros: Magnifique villa, très spacieuse, dans le calme. Le personnel est adorable - mention spéciale pour la cuisinière Amina, et le propriétaire, Saad, est une merveilleuse personne, aux petits soins pendant tout le séjour. C'était propre, confortable, beau, décoré avec goût, bref, nous avons passé un incroyable séjour et avons déjà hâte de revenir.

Cons: Rien, tout était parfait.

Pros: Super villa décoré avec goût, le propriétaire Saad est très professionnel nous avons bien été accueilli. Le personnel est très sympathique.. nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille, .. nous reviendrons.

Un séjour incroyable et traditionnel

Pros: L’hospitalité de Saad a été exceptionnelle. Toujours disponible. Nous avions le petit déjeuner le matin, petit-déjeuner traditionnel marocain très copieux. Le personnel était au petit soin. La villa était magnifique, propre, incroyable. Si vous voulez passer un séjour d’exception il faut vous rendre à la villa Tifira.

Cons: Tout était parfait ! La villa est excentrée mais si vous voulez un moment intime et familial c’est idéal.

Génial la villa, vraiment je tiens à souligner Saad l’homme qui permet de passer un moment inoubliable.

Pros: Génial. Villa très propre et bien entretenue je remercie Saad de nous avoir permis de rendre ce moment exceptionnel.

Pros: La villa è splendida, immersa nel verde, spaziosissima con tanti ambienti da vivere a piacere tra giardino, loggiato, terrazze e salotti. La possibilità di avere pranzo e cena serviti dalla bravissima governante è veramente un lusso, considerato che il primo villaggio non è poi così comodo da raggiungere.

Cons: Abbiamo avuto problemi con l’acqua calda ma alla fine siamo riusciti a fare la doccia come si deve! Considerato il livello della villa mi sarei aspettata anche di avere a disposizione shampoo, bagnoschiuma e simili
