10/10 Fantastic stay, highly recommend!

Pros: The villa was absolutely perfect – clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The pool and outdoor area were stunning and made for a super relaxing holiday. Great location and very helpful hosts. The staff were incredible and were the highlight of our stay; they were attentive, polite and couldn’t have done more for us. Couldn’t have asked for more – highly recommend and would definitely return!

Cons: Nothing - everything was perfect

I found perfection at Palais Sohan.

Pros: I loved EVERYTHING about Palais Sohan. When I say Palais Sohan exceeded all expectations I am not exaggerating. It would be very difficult to find a better place. The villa is a calm luxury just a short drive away from the hustle and bustle of The Medina. Palais has a beautiful aesthetic with stunning interiors. The team were impeccable! They could not have done more to make our stay absolute perfection and were some of the friendliest people I’ve ever come across. From allowing me to arrive early and helping me prepare decorations for my guest arrival to the moment we left, I could not fault the experience they provided for us. The food was out of this world and I already miss it. The fire show entertainment they organised for us was jaw-dropping and left all the guests in awe. I really hope one day to return to Palais Sohan with other guests I that they too can experience the magic. ❤️

The most amazing holiday ever

Pros: This place is absolutely amazing. We were there for a week with friends The most beautiful villa i have ever been in Big thank you to Lauren and Hassania , they really made sure everything was planned to the smallest detail They organised all of our trips, restaurants, transport, baby sitter, day trips,massages, and nothing was too much trouble, even with our last minute changes The food - honestly the best meals , the most tasty home made food. Leila and Sukaina ….. i don’t have a words to even describe how tasty and yummy the food was We actually cancelled some of the restaurants, because we loved the food in the villa so much Thank you for all the rest of the staff that made this holiday the most relaxing for all of us. It’s like going somewhere with a personal assistant , that takes care of everything We are definitely going back again, ( already booked) Thank you guys !

JUST PERFECT

Pros: Me and my 19 friends travelled to the villa for my hen do. I have never stayed anywhere as good as this. There were no faults. The staff, the food, the driver - everyone and everything here is amazing. The pictures do not do this place justice. The staff are very friendly and help with anything you need. They are great at recommending places to visit during your travels and arranged everything. The kitchen staff will make your meals whenever you would like them. Rather than having the alcohol at the villa we bought alcohol at the airport to help with costs, but soft drinks, coffee, water all available at the villa for reasonable price. The main bedroom is stunning!!!

Cons: It is required that you pay the final villa bill (food, drink, taxi’s) on the last day prior to departure. This meant all 20 of us had to go to a cash machine the night before, this was a lot of hassle and not ideal when young children gather around cash machines. It would be preferred if this could be a bank transfer, or at least part transfer. We did not want to take out extra cash that we wouldn’t not use earlier on in the trip.

Amazing stay!

Pros: One of the most beautiful villas we had ever stayed in. It felt like your own private spa. The staff go above and beyond to ensure you are looked after and will help arrange everything for you. The food was stunning and is freshly cooked for you. A special mention to Khalid, our security guy, who was there for the duration of our stay. He was absolutely amazing and really made our trip extra special.

Cons: The only feedback for improvement would be there was a miscommunication to the chefs for one of the guests dietary requirements (coeliac) and she often had to ask to get meals altered.

Pros: Si vous cherchez un endroit paisible et relaxant ne cherchez plus cette villa est incroyable et faites pour vous , l’Accueil chaleureux et la gentillesse de tout le personnel sont au rendez vous , alors un grand merci à Hemel , Khalid, zoucheina, khalia, Hassan , Hassan et Zack🙏🏼, c’était la 2eme fois pour ma part et on reviendra c’est sûr .

Cons: Pour chipoter vraiment il manquerait une petite salle de sport dans la villa .
