Villa Baraka

Excellent breakfast and dinner. Disappointed by the comfortand cleanliness

Pros: Swimming pool was nice and big. The best thing was the breakfast and dinner we had there ,prepared by the lady. I would highly recommend their dinner and breakfast . The best food we had in Marrakesh. Very quiet and calm place with privacy

Cons: Our flight was delayed and we checked in after midnight if you are driving yourself, you might find it really hard to locate the property and there are chances you’ll get lost, there was a gate which was closed and the maps only lead you upto that gate. You’ll find yourself in middle of nowhere especially if you are travelling at night. Property wasn’t clean. There weren’t even bedsheets or pillow covers on our first night. And the owner’s dog, which kept climbing on you and the owner didn’t even bother to stop it.

Pros: Very nice and spacious villa with four bedrooms and all amenities. Nice walled garden with swimming pool and outdoor seating and eating areas. Excellent breakfast and great dinner we requested the first night. Very quiet in the middle of the fields and good location to do excursions from.

Cons: Perhaps minor, but not for people who are not into dogs: the owner's dog does not leave you alone from the moment you leave the door, nipping with his teeth at your feet, legs, and clothes.

Great, lovely peaceful villa

Pros: The villa was in a lovely quiet and private location. Very peaceful and relaxing. Pool area lovely, great addition swing seat. This was used a lot 🙂 lovely Moroccan feel to the villa interior. Couldn't complain about the look or location and pictures doesn't do this lovely villa enough justice.

Cons: We had minor issues with electric, heated water and the general warmth of the villa. We felt uncomfortable most evenings as there was no heating available in the living area. As this is a large villa, bedroom air-conditioning systems aren't enough to heat a whole villa. While our concerns were expressed, the owner and hosts were very quick to help with all issues addressed. We were given a portable gas heater. I think this villa would benefit massively with more heating installed. We appreciate the fast response and help from the hosts and also the kind added surprises we were given as an apology to said issues. I think a great addition would be heated pool. Winter months aren't warm enough and the pool was impossible to get into. Other than this we had a fantastic stay 🙂

Great host and great property. An oasis of tranquillity with large pool and brilliant facilities.

Pros: Delicious homemade breakfast, great and helpful host. It is an oasis of tranquillity with a great swimming pool and great facilities. We loved our time here and so did the children. We will be back!

Grote villa, erg fijn verblijf gehad

Pros: Mooie grote en ruime villa met grote tuin en zwembad, gelegen aan het einde van een onverharde weg en naast de woning van de eigenaar. We verbleven er 1 nacht omdat we op doorreis waren. Het ontbijt was prima en we hebben genoten van het vooraf verzochte diner wat voor ons klaar stond bij aankomst. Aanbevolen!

Si vous recherchez le repos c’est cette maison qu il vous faut !

Pros: C est un havre de paix, vous recherchez le repos c’est ICI qu’il faut être, une belle maison avec sa belle piscine. Les chambres sont spacieuses. L’hôtel Khalil est disponible. On peut vous préparer des plats typique du maroc à commander minimum 3h à l’avance auprès de Khalil. J’y suis allée avec mes 3 enfants âgés de 7/15/16 Merci Khalil pour l accueil. Je reviendrais

Cons: Maison isolé mais Khalil était là pour nous guider avec la localisation et Waze on s en sort bien. Je parle pour moi pour sortir le soir et revenir à la maison en pleine nuit c’est assez compliqué car nous sommes sur une route hors des sentiers battues.

Juste Incroyable !! Toute la famille a apprécié. Ça, c’étaient de vraies vacances

Pros: La situation géographique, L’éloignement par rapport au bruit de Marrakech, Le calme, Le charme du village, Les équipements, La piscine propre, agréable, Le côté Énergie renouvelable de la maison, avec son systeme de panneaux solaires, La présence de Khalil - la qualité de son service, son écoute, ses conseils et sa bonne connaissance du territoire. Il nous a aidé à nous orienter et savoir quoi faire à Marrakech.

Parfait et reposant

Pros: Piscine et jardin incroyable Dîner délicieux et service parfait

Pros: Très bel endroit au calme dans la nature, grande piscine, pas de vis à vis, des grandes chambres Halil nous a fait visiter les alentours. Belle villa à 30 minutes du centre il manque un panneau pour indiquer où se trouve la villa un peu compliquée à trouver mais Halil qui s'occupe des arrivées et départs nous à guider en visio. Petit déjeuner complet et nous avons demandé un tajine le soir qui était très bon

Cons: Un peu isolé idéal avec une voiture

Pros: La villa la piscine et la dépendance sont vraiment comfort et isolé. Calme et repos sont les maîtres mots de cet endroit charmant

Cons: Tout était parfait ! Le gérant toujours a l'écoute s'adapte à toutes les demandes qu’on a fait. L’accueil et la disponibilité est incroyable. La dame qui prépare le petit déjeuner gentille adorable Merci a toute l'équipe
