Pros: l emplacement bien . mais loin de l ancien ville. très proche du stade de fes pour les supporter des equipes en 2025 et 2030 :):):)

Cons: manque de tapis au salon. manque de papier hygiénique...

Appartement très bien

Pros: Confort, propreté, grand espace, grand salon, frigo ...parking très appréciable pour quelqu'un avec une voiture. Très calme sans nuisance extérieure (sauf un voisin avec un enfant qui pleurait pendant la nuit).

Cons: Un peu loin du centre mais nous le savions. La salle de bain pourrait être plus pratique car la salle de bain et la douche forment une seule pièce il faut ramasser l'eau avec une raclette qui heureusement est à disposition. Les serviettes étaient manquantes.
