Latvia 🇱🇻

Pros: The stay was a completely unexpected experience — driving closer and closer to the mountain and then arriving in what felt like a true oasis, straight out of an Eastern tale. The dinner was truly very good, and I’m not exaggerating, and the interior was thoughtfully arranged, featuring real works of art rather than reproductions. Even though we visited during colder weather, the room was really warm thanks to the central heating. It felt as if we had been invited into someone’s home for a private gathering. I would highly recommend experiencing this place.

Cons: In our room, the bathroom/toilet had only a curtain rather than a door, which some guests might find less private. At the same time, this type of bathroom fits well with the character of the house.

Pros: My understanding of a Riad is that it is an oasis from the business of the outside world and this place provided this in bucket loads. a lovely courtyard to relax in, large trees for shade, quiet surroundings, lovely rooms and really fantastic food served up by really lovely people. Really enjoyable time.

Cons: There is nothing to fault. Perhaps signage could be clearer as I got lost finding it but perhaps the lack of signs helps it to be quiet?

Pros: The best stay in Morocco during all our trip. Wonderful hospitality, intelligent and charming lady owner, refreshing morning hike with local gide. The strongest recommendation!

Pros: Beautifully restored Riad with a lively garden and comfortable room. A very relaxing space in a traditional village. The staff were very happy to help with anthing.

Cons: Only useful addition would have a shower head holder above head height.

Great place to charge your batteries and regain energy for your travels. It‘s got a very nice relaxing vibe.

Pros: Super friendly French owner who made sure that we enjoyed our stay to the fullest. Dinner & Breakfast was great as well! I would 100% recommend this place.

Cons: Too many dogs for my taste but they were all very friendly and didn‘t make much noise.

Beautiful one night stay - almost romantic with a French touch

Pros: It was very cozy with a lot of authentic details. Serving of dinner and breakfast was very good. The owner and her staff are very nice.

Cons: There are two bid dogs walking all ower the place, barking and making a lot of noise. If you are afraid of dogs this place is not for you.
