Pros: Was a good stop over for us,2 hours out of fez The pool was very nice warm and interesting Breakfast was really good There were some female staff really nice to see

Cons: Was very OVER Priced For such a new hotel not every thing worked in pool The food was disappointing for price Wine ridiculous compared to other hotels No atmosphere as only 2 guest could afford it

Pros: Wonderful hotel right opposite to the Aguelmame Sidi Ali lake. It's very peaceful and quiet. The hotel decor is beautiful, spacious lobby and dinning area. The room was very nice, had view of the lake. Service was good and food was excellent.

Cons: The hotel is expensive, provide 1 litre water, one coffee capsule, not enough for 2 persons. They charge a hefty amount for anything extra if you ask for.

Blissful comfort in a stunning hotel and location

Pros: Stunning location, the room was comfortable. Jacuzzi in room was a lovely way to relax. Swimming pool never busy during our stay so often felt like we had the place to our selves. After the first massage we opted for another a great way to relax as a couple. The food was great and the service was unquestionably one of the best during our road trip across morocco. Great walks around the area too. Half Board was a good option for us as there is nothing for miles!

A hidden gem that you shouldn't miss

Pros: The hotel is located right by the lake, with no other houses around. Most peaceful place in Morocco I've visited. We were the only guests therefore we had the whole mountain and lake for ourselves. That's a treat. The hotel is brand new (with a history goes way back though), beautifully decorated, super clean and offers 100% comfort. Staffs are extremely friendly, attentive and informative, shared a lot of knowledge and information with us and in the mean time made us feel like home. We enjoyed every minute of our time being here and it was surely an unexpected highlight thoughout our whole moroccan trip. Though it's not right on the touristic route but totally worth it to make a short detour and spend one or two nights here.

Pros: Todo . Es espectacular, el trato, el servicio, las instalaciones, el paisaje es precioso. Nos ha encantado todo. Súper recomendable para pasar un fin de semana en pareja

Pros: The location is amazing, great views from the room, and the dinner was incredible.

Cons: Our bathroom had a bit of smell (I guess from the pipes).

Gorgeous property in wonderful location

Pros: Beautiful location halfway between Chefchaouen and Merzouga; wonderful setting and natural surrounds in ±2000m above sea level; main building and rooms have a look of a log cabin or alpine chalet; beautiful spa and pool area

Wish we could have stayed longer!

Pros: Beautiful details and every amenity a reasonable person could imagine.

Cons: Portable fans in the bedrooms would be nice.
