Hotel School Ersat Azrou

Comfortable

Pros: I can't quite tell if this place is a school, a hotel, or a school for future hotel staff (probably the last one?). In any case, it was clean and comfortable. A good base for trips to the nearby mountains. The guy at the front desk helped me out a few times (thanks, man!). It was a bit cold in the hotel (December), but the room had an air conditioner with a heating option.

Cons: I'm not sure if I legally used the kitchen (it looked more like a room for a cooking class). I just needed to boil water. After a bit of searching, I managed to find a stovetop kettle, but it wasn't the most convenient to use. A simple electric kettle would have been a huge help. A hairdryer (one for the entire hotel, available at reception) would also be a useful addition, but from what I saw during my trip, that's a rare thing in Moroccan hotels. The place is very out of the way, so take that into account if you are traveling on foot.

Pros: Nice hotel with friendly staff. Breakfast was good enough, and the room was clean with air conditioning. The only downside was the noise from the boiler (I think) it turned on at random times, even at night, and was very loud. It kept waking me up.

Vocational School & Hotel

Pros: This is a hospitality vocational school's mini-hotel, they did not go into it with me but it is cool that it is a part of their practical education. The floor below is classrooms, there is a terrace where breakfast is served. Pretty standard basic hotel room in Azrou for a fair price. Has an ac unit in the room.

Cons: Bathroom smelled a bit like old pee, and when the other room showers you can smell the drain a bit. Breakfast is all bread (with some spreads).

Pros: Secure on site motorcycle parking. Close to main street and its shops.

Cons: Rather small room and bathroom even smaller. It is basic.

good hotel

Pros: Great hotel in Azrou with friendly staff and affordable rooms. Parking is free on the street. Breakfast on the roof terrace is included. Wifi internet en A/C available. Staff does their best to be accomodating to the guests. I recommend this hotel. Close by the monkey forest and on the route to casablance or Ifran/Fes.

Clean and comfortable, with exceptional staff

Pros: Exceptional staff, great location, very accommodating. Good location. Also some of the best breakfast (the mloui is superb) in town, free. Also there is heating and AC, both rare in Azrou.

Cons: Some rooms have stronger wifi signals than others, so if you need good signal, make sure you talk to the desk.

Pros: I sleep well and staff always helped thanks for everything and good luck

Pros: Quiet location not far from the center of town with very responsive and generous staff. Air conditioning is a huge plus!

Cons: Area is very quiet at night, but if you're a sensitive sleeper sometimes noise travels from the hallway.

Great value, friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast. Nothing fancy but just the job

Pros: 5mins walk from the centre, clean rooms, great breakfast on the roof terrace

Halbpension in der Hotelschule - geht gut klar!

Pros: Es war kalt und hatte geregnet. Wir wurden gut aufgenommen. Abendessen im Zimmer (weil oben war es zu kalt) war wunderbar. Alles ganz unkompliziert. Das Frühstück analog genauso. Alles gut! (wir waren Ende Dez. 2025 dort)

Cons: Zimmer und Gemeinschaftsbad mit WC war 1 Stockwerk unterschiedlich - anders als geplant / gebucht; jedenfalls aus unserer Erinnerung. War nicht dramatisch, aber nicht ganz toll.
