Pros: Best hotel in ifrane, you can enjoy the city from the heart, And there is ismail, a good receptionist that welcoming us very well, Hope fully to come back here, again and again

Pros: Location was very good, next to the lake, shops, michellin resort for access to gym spa. Apartments have floor heating very cosy in cold weather, receptionist Khadija was very helpfull.

Pros: Everything, our en-suite was wonderful and has a hug space, separate lounge, big bathroom and big roof patio. Great place to take photos. The hotel at the heart of Ifran, 1-2 minutes walk to the famous Lion. Close to all the restaurants / Shops, very convenient for families/. Couples or single person who wanted to have ( Me Time ). Hotel breakfast it’s outstanding, as you be served at the restaurant in the group floor. The staff are amazing too We definitely returning in the middle of the year

Warm and comfy!

Pros: We were greeted by beautiful receptionists - Hala and another lady that we didn't catch her name! They were so smiley and warm and that sets the tone to our stay right from the start! We wished we could stay a few more days instead of just a night as the ambience of the area and the hotel itself was welcoming and felt like home! The guy who helped us with our luggages were very friendly as well, we were out nearby the hotel and he said good night to us even after his shift, lovely lovely people! We will definitely stay here when we're back in Ifrane!

Cons: The sink was a little slow to drain down the water, other than that all was good!

Pros: Staff was extremely friendly at the hotel. Check-in process was easy. The room was spacious and had a beautiful view from the large balcony. Location was excellent for the area and I would absolutely stay here again.

Cons: The WiFi was a bit difficult to use at times.
