A clean, comfortable hotel with excellent service and warm hospitality: highly recommended for anyone visiting Ifrane

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at Zephry Hotel, and everything exceeded my expectations. The hotel is very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, creating a calm and pleasant atmosphere that is suitable for both rest and work. The room was cozy, quiet, and spotless, with good heating, which is especially important during the cold weather in Ifrane. The location is also convenient and makes it easy to get around the area. What truly made my stay special was the excellent service at the reception. Ms. Hayat and Ms. Hajar were absolutely amazing, who are warm, professional, and incredibly helpful. From check-in to check-out, they were always responsive, patient, and willing to assist with any questions or requests. Their kindness and genuine care made me feel very welcomed and at home.

Cons: Honestly, there was nothing significant to dislike. My stay was comfortable and enjoyable throughout, and any minor matters were handled promptly and professionally by the staff.

An excellent hotel with super staff particularly the Manager Mr Mustafa is best.

Pros: Location is excellent with poolside restaurant. Breakfast is very good with many varieties. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Mustafa the Manager is exceptionally helpful. He is a very friendly and helpful person always looking for ways to ensure guests at his hotel are happy. The apartments are very well designed for luxury, panoramic view of the pool and location of hotel is excellent surrounding nature. Exceptionally good hotel and staff.

Cons: The doors of the apartments need to be secured to ensure safe keeping of contents when guests are not in.

Comfortable accommodation in a beautiful town

Pros: Very comfortable bedroom and nice location with easy parking.

Cons: Shower floor is extremely slippery and dangerous. On arrival we went to the restaurant to check what the hours were for dinner and when we got there in the evening, it was closed for a private function and we had to eat in the cafe which was not ideal - had they advised us when we asked, we would have eaten in town.

Big, spacious, fully equiped and comfortable appartment.

Pros: Big and comfortable appartment with all you need for your stay.

Cons: Sliding doors to the outside did not lock. Was reported to reception, action was taken but not announced beforehand which made somebody opening the front door while in bed. Nothing severe, but point of attention to improve communication I would say.

Calm, quiet and comfortable, especially for isolation loved people.

Pros: Hôtel staff was really extraordinary. Especially Ms Majda at the reception. The restaurant stewards were equally serviable.. I faced No problem at all for us asha non Muslim community when we asked for buffet or breakfast during Holy Ramadan. Taxi service immediately available once informed at the reception.

Cons: Room service wasn't made available, Tea kettle wasn't available, room AC was moderately operational etc..

Pros: It was very easy to locate this property on maps, ample parking space and check in was smooth. The front desk was very helpful, despite of arriving at 2AM the person was very attentive. rooms were clean, spacious and well lit. Bathrooms were clean and kitchen was well equipped. There was no dryer, but can be managed for short trips.

Cons: Breakfast was limited. I could not get “hot” coffee. The restaurant staff needs to be more efficient and fast to clear the tables.
