Clean modern hotel!

Pros: A really good hotel to stop off on the way from Fez to the Atlas Mountains/desert. The hotel is very clean and modern, with a very large pool. The staff were extremely friendly and the food was delicious. Was a great location for visiting the cedar forests and the monkeys as well. The only downside was the bathroom, the shower didn’t have great water pressure and it didn’t match the quality of the rest of the room/hotel.

A lovely boutique hotel

Pros: Stayed here last April and am happy to say that the standards are still high. Hotel staff are friendly, polite and helpful. Hotel is very clean as was the room. Food in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. Breakfast the following morning was superb. The hotel boasts a lovely pool area. There’s a large open air market very nearby on a Tuesday .

Pros: Only open for 6 month but the service was amazing, all employees were skilled and super friendly. No alcohol served, the restaurant is also popular with the locals which gives the place a more vibrant atmosphere. Kids friendly.

Pros: size of the rooms garden/ambience in front of the hotel parking breakfast was great and plenty of food welcome drink - tea+ biscuits directly to the room. For us it's been 1 night stay, we appreciated easy car distance to Ifrane National Park

Cons: no option to pay with the card for food (we were exploring options for take away from the menu for the picnic in Ifrane national park, the only option to pay was with cash which has been a problem hence we gave up) would be great to use/test swimming pool which looked really nice (nicest from all we saw on our hollidays in Morocco) but early May the water has been too cold.

Very nice well maintained hotel with well trained staff

Pros: The property is modern and well maintained, yet it still has that Moroccan feel through the decor. It’s very clean. The restaurant serves excellent food. The traditional Moroccan Breakfast was also exceptional, (other options also available). The room was a nice size with a small balcony. It was also very clean and in a very good condition. The bed I thought at first was a little hard but I had an amazing nights sleep. The staff were very polite attentive and helpful. The hotel is located close to the cedar forest. I would definitely stay there again when next in the area.

Pros: Nous avons passé une nuit absolument parfaite dans cet hôtel (du 12 au 13 Décembre) avec ma femme et notre petite fille de 4 ans. L'établissement est magnifique et d'une propreté impeccable, mais ce qui a rendu notre séjour véritablement mémorable, c'est la qualité incroyable du service. ​Chaque membre du personnel que nous avons croisé était souriant, attentif et d'une grande gentillesse. L'équipe a fait preuve d'une attention toute particulière pour notre enfant, ce qui est extrêmement appréciable pour une famille. Nous nous sommes sentis accueillis et chouchoutés du début à la fin. ​Un grand MERCI à toute l'équipe de l'hôtel. Votre professionnalisme, votre dévouement et votre chaleur humaine font toute la différence. Nous avons hâte de revenir et nous recommandons cet hôtel sans aucune hésitation !

Pros: Nous avons été superbement réussi et le personnel a répondu chaque fois à notre attente. Le petit déjeuner était complet de de belle qualité. Tout était frais! Excellent café...

Cons: Il faisait froid lorsque nous sommes arrivés. Cela a été résolu par le personnel.
