Pros: all the staff were very friendly and helpful. 30 min after our booking, we got welcome message from the manager Mr. Abdelghani, who did welcome us personally and did try to organize dinner as we arrived around midnight. Breakfast is very good as the food in the hotel restaurant. Good internet connection We had junior suite, nice, clean and comfortable The hotel location is good, close to several nice places and about 1h drive to the Airport.

Perfect stopover to relax after a desert trip

Pros: This is a surprisingly large Hotel in Erfoud… the design is Classical Arabic architecture which suits the area perfectly… it is an ideal place to relax and chill after a desert trip… the rooms are huge and very well arranged. It was very quiet throughout our stay, probably due to the season… The breakfast and dinner were excellent and some of the best food we have tasted in Morocco. A special thank you to Abdelghani( manager) and Abdu Samar ( waiter) who did everything possible to ensure we had a great experience

Cons: The atmosphere in the bar & restaurant was a little quiet due to low occupancy

Pros: The area. Everyone was gentle. The breakfast was excellent. The pools were nice as well.

Cons: Because there’s always wind blowing if we opened the window we had some sand coming in.

A comfortable and relaxing stay

Pros: Incredible friendly and professional service from the manager Mr Abdelghani and his excellent team. We had a lovely stay here recuperating after a night in the desert. So nice to have an actual bath, not just a shower. A fabulous buffet for dinner with very courteous service from all the wait staff. The hotel itself is lovely, with good use of pretty lighting in the evening and nice plants.

Cons: The towel rail in the bathroom was loose and needs repair.

Pros: The hotel is amazing. Very beautiful, well decorated and easy to find. The room they gave us was more than we were expecting. The bathroom was great, clean and we slept very well. We ate dinner and breakfast, the food was very delicious and fresh! The best of the best was the service and staff of the hotel. All of them were very kind and helpful. A special thank you to Abdessamad who served us in the restaurant :) This is the place to go on your way to the Sahara desert, I recommend it to 100%

Perfect desert hotel

Pros: The staff were super nice and welcoming. The guide that took us to the Sahara was very friendly and explained to us everything we wanted to know. Everyone was super nice. Lots of options for breakfast if you eat dairy products. A bit harder as a vegan but still had options!
