We had few complaints and overall enjoyed our stay.

Pros: The hotel itself is magnificent and harks back to a long-gone era. It was spacious but does need a little bit of a makeover. All the staff made our two night stay one we will remember.

Cons: It is a little like stepping back in time and very cold in the winter but this does not detract from the overall historical ambience of the hotel

Pros: J'avais demandé une chambre au rez-de-chaussée, et ma demande a été respectée, la chambre était bien équipée, avec un climatiseur, un minibar et une bouteille d'eau à disposition.

Pros: Le Sahara après la pluie est tout simplement fabuleux ! Les palmiers de l’hôtel sont d’un vert éclatant, le jardin est immense et magnifiquement entretenu. Le personnel est très à l’écoute, ce qui rend le séjour encore plus agréable. un grand merci au Staff.

Pros: Chaque instant passé dans cet hôtel est un voyage pour les sens. Le silence du désert, les parfums d’épices, la douceur du service… Tout est fait pour se reconnecter à l’essentiel. Un vrai coup de cœur !
