Pros: Loved the location and clean the apartment was. Dounia was amazing with a great personality. She was so friendly and made us laugh, even helped us with parking and received some parking lessons from her lol! She showed us the apartment and how to use the washing machine. We appreciate all her welcoming gestures.

Cons: Overall everything was perfect except the noisy streets and needed more channels on TV.
