Gite Skoura

Beautiful

Pros: Very friendly host, a very nice breakfast place, great maroccan breakfast and located in a fantastically beautiful landscape. The apartment as such has a decent standard

Cons: Be prepared for a long drive to buy things. The road is mostly tarmac but the last Kilometer is not. Should be possible with the normal car though. Also, there were a few mosquitoes.

Pros: The Gîte is located a bit outside the village, which is actually nice because it is really quiet. The only thing you hear is the waterfall that is right next to the house. Rachid was a wonderful host and served the best Tajine I have had in Morocco so far. The road to get there might be a bit tricky with a car but should be doable. With the motorcycle, it is easy.

Cons: For some, the lack of proper Wi-Fi might be a problem, I found it quite relaxing to be honest. The host mentioned that it is being reinstalled soon.

Pros: L’endroit est magique, au pied d’une cascade . C’était très reposant et le personnel adorable

The best Gite I've stayed-in in Morocco

Pros: Perfection! Every single detail is taken care of by Rachid: ✅ The rooms and all the appliances are very clean. ✅ The breakfast is so rich and varied. ✅ Skoura Mdaz is a very beautiful place. The waterfalls are stunning and the history is beautiful. ✅ The location is far from the center's noises but not too far (less than 20 mins walk). ✅ The view is the best a stay can have. The Gite has a view on a waterfall. Laying down in grass in front of it was exactly what I needed after my 5 day hike. ✅ Rachid is a very nice host, very knowledgeable and helpful. He will tell you where to go and give advice on activities you can do in Skoura. ✅ Rachid is very ambitious and working on local handicraft exhibitons. And is helping locals sell and showcase their goods (Couscous, Honey, Herbs ...) All in all, one of the best stays I've had in a while.

Cons: Nothing! Everything was perfect!

Une étape reposante

Pros: Une famille charmante et du personnel de qualité. Une cuisine locale excellente et copieuse. Un hébergement tout confort, moderne mais respectant l'authenticité d'une maison berbère, et une propreté irréprochable. Un cadre original sous une grande cascade avec un jardinet où il fait bon prendre le thé sous la fraicheur des arbres. Et un emplacement dans un site tranquille et magnifique. Notre étape étant trop courte, nous n'avons pas pu exploiter les potentialités du lieu. Nous reviendrons. La route de Boulmane à Skoura est magnifique avec 2 villages d'une grande beauté.

Cons: On a un peu cherché ce gite. Un fléchage plus important ne serait pas inutile.

Pros: Tout, le hôtes sont prévenants et très sympathiques, le cadre fabuleux, une cascade dans le jardin. Une vue magnifique...

Pros: Schoon, fijne douche, restaurant bij accomodatie, rustig, vriendelijk personeel.

Pros: Accueil et prestations simples mais de qualités l’endroit est un petit coin de paradis loin des routes touristiques

Cons: Difficile à trouver car excentré tapez le nom du gîte sur Google map pour trouver
