Pros: The location is absolutely wonderful for relaxing – very peaceful and away from everything. The property is beautifully maintained, and the outdoor pool is just stunning. The rooms are also very nice with comfortable beds. The staff were incredibly accommodating. During our stay, the restaurant wasn’t operating, but one of the staff members kindly brought us a menu from a nearby restaurant, and the manager even went to pick up our order. It was such a thoughtful gesture. Everyone was truly so friendly and welcoming.

Pros: Very nice chalet. Nice pool with Mountain View, nice wood furniture and room, clean and comfortable, nice hall to chill out with biliardo and lovely music, nice breakfast and we also had a nice a lovely lunch. Excellent beds and silent nights for top sleeping. Staff is kind and smiling. We loved this place

Pure tranquility

Pros: The staff were helpful and very welcoming. Ismail was so friendly and informative. The property was was clean, modern and of a high standard. It was calm and tranquil throughout our stay. The wifi was excellent and the tv in the main lobby had all the obvious apps such as Netflix for us to access. The views of the mountains were just stunning.

Very welcoming house and host

Pros: The location is great. We regretted not to have planned to stay longer at this very welcoming chalet and location. Ismail organised a great diner for us and take away for the kids.

Really fantastic, so cosy and accommodating

Pros: Everything, but particularly the room we were given and also the hotel manager who made us feel SO welcome and went the extra mile for us. He also looked after our driver.
