Pros: Very nice host. The apartment was clean and we had all we need it. The heat was on when we arrive.

Pros: The appartment is huge, very modern. It is a nice change after traditional riads around Morocco.

Pros: Very spacious, very new apparent. Fully fitted kitchen with all appliances. 3 very good air conditioning units. Spotlessly clean. Comfortable beds sofa etc., we only stayed one night on our way from merzouga to fez We had parking directly outside with a friendly little shop across the road for supplies highly recommend great to refresh after the desert wash everything .. absolutely perfect

Pros: It was a fantastic property and a brand new set up. Very spacious. I went through lot of properties online and this seemed to be the best one. Owner seemed good and hospitable and communicated in time when we were arrived. Parking outside the apartment. No problem.

Cons: Apartment was terribly cold from inside. There seemed to be a heating issue. Inspite of running hot AC in bed room and living room the apartment continued to remain very cold. Owner may need to look into this. Else everything is great.

Apartments of an exceptionally high standard

Pros: This was one of the nicest apartments that I have stayed in. It has been furnished to a very high standard and it was immaculately clean. The location is also excellent as it is only a 5 minute walk to the centre of Midelt. Until recently the 4 apartments shared a washing machine but just recently a washing machine was installed in our top floor apartment.

Cons: I would have given the apartment a 10 as it was such an exceptional apartment. However, there were 2 issues: (1) Even though we stayed on the top floor the sound proofing wasn't good. It didn't help that the 2 lower apartments were occupied by 2 noisy families. It would help if pads were put under the legs of the chairs to prevent them scraping on the floor. (2) There was no where to hang up laundry to dry and a clothes drying rack is needed.

Pros: The apartment is very big and clean. Kitchen is fully equipped, prepare ingredients for cooking if miss your own cooked food! Bathroom got high water pressure. Living room is big, with big screen tv. The 2 bedroom are very comfortable n very clean.

Cons: just that there's no elevator, you hv to carry your big suitcase up the stair.

The staff is very friendly. If tea bags can also be provided, that would be really appreciated after a long drive. Recom

Pros: It’s very spacious and modern. We arrived after desert night and warm rooms are very much needed.

Cons: The sink in the main bathroom is blocked. No nearby restaurants/ cafe for breakfast.

A good choice for a stop between Fes and Merzouga. We would like to go back if any chance.

Pros: The building has about four similar appartements. We tried two of them when went to and came back from Merzouga. Both of them are well equipped. The first stay was perfect. People were nice. Only my family stayed in the building. And only a bit noise from the passing cars in the night. It’s acceptable since not many cars nearby. A plus, a nice pizza restaurant within walk distance about 7 minutes.

Cons: The second stay, we moved to another apartment in the same building to avoid noise from the street. But we heard noises night and early morning from the apartment above. Seems the quality of the isolation is not as good as its equipment.
