Pros: The host is very kind, the terrace is beautiful, there was hot water and the place was clean.

Cons: It was a little loud during the night

Pros: The view of the hotel was amazing. The cleaners was amazing. The breakfast was amazing dinner at night was amazing. The day and night staff. Both spoke English, the view from the top of the building was amazing. It was easy to access the town right next to the casbah, right next to Atlantis horses excursions. Desret itrips

Pros: I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The location was great—just a 20-minute walk to the town centre or a quick 5-minute taxi ride. The owner was very welcoming and accomodating, and the staff were incredibly attentive, helpful, and genuinely kind throughout my stay, which made a big difference. A special mention to Aladdin at reception, who was especially helpful and warm throughout our stay. Always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything, he made a real difference to our stay. Breakfast was a real highlight—varied, generous, and delicious.. My room had a lovely traditional charm, and the terrace with its stunning mountain view was the perfect place to unwind. Highly recommended—I’d definitely love to return!

Pros: The location and the host was very welcome and friendly

Pros: The customer service was very good, the room was very clean (including the toilet) and the breakfast was good.

Cons: Instructions in english need to be provided at the front desk as the staff can only speak french and arabic. They literally cannot speak a word of English so maybe a written sheet of paper on the desk in various languages would help. I had to use google translate for basic information. I was on the top floor which was very good with a viewing area facing the front. Beautiful view of the city. However the wifi was very poor within the room and on that floor. I literally couldn't use the internet in the room and also the tv was very old and not pre-set with any channels. Therefore I had nothing to entertain myself in the room. That needs to be improved. However this hotel is in an excellent location near the Kasbah, Mosque and food/cafes so I would stay here again definitely!

Amazing place to stay

Pros: Honestly the staff were lovely I went with my entire family and the staff were ready to help with any adjustments we needed. We stayed for an entire week so got to know the surrounding area very well. I would say the location is amazing with great food options both on the right and left, the city centre only being a 5 minute taxi away and a beautiful mosque right outside. The building itself has a terrace which has impeccable views showing mountains on the right. The receptionist was by far the best. He was always ready to help us book taxis, gave us tips on our stay and had a smile on his face at all times. I would say no one in the property speak English only French and Arabic but that's the same for the whole city. We were able to communicate simply by using Google translate which wasn't difficult. I would definitely come back to stay and recommend everyone stays here.

Pros: Bardzo sympatyczny personel. Jak w większości miejsc dostepne tylko koce bez pościeli. W nocy zimno w grudniu. Ja byłam okryta 2 kocami i sen w dresie. Ogolnie czystko tylko za łóżkami brudno. Woda gorąca z dobrym ciśnieniem. Sofy miały byc rozkładane a nie były. I brak jakiegokolwiek mydła w toalecie. Revzniki dostepne śniadanie podstawowe skromne. Ale za to dawno takich dobrych bagietek nie jadłam. Moze dlatego ze na co dzień nje jadam. O 7 budzi meczet. Ogolnie polecam.
