wonderful little „country castle“ - like stay

Pros: beautiful „castle“ with gardens and nice rooms very friendly staff and warm atmosphere; good food for breakfast and dinner

Cons: for the short stay and in relation to my expectations, I can’t say much negative

Gorgeous place- Just like the photos!

Pros: Gorgeous setting and place - so wonderful for peaceful time before returning home. Staff very helpful and kind getting us everything we needed once asked. I was provided with hot water for my tea bags when I asked which was kind. If you asked someone they were very helpful eg our bedside socket didn’t work and we immediately received extension cables. Beautiful large upper rooms. Incredible terrace and views- pool looked amazing but too cold in November but cleaned regularly. Loads hot water if you run the shower for a while. Heater provided and aircon also heated the room efficiently. I asked for a banana for poorly husband and was immediately provided.

Cons: We would return to this lovely place but want to help it improve. This Kasbah is amazing but could be 5 star if management were visible and regularly checking for things mentioned in reviews- impossible door lock, put a bottle water in room on arrival, fix taps/drainage and the electric sockets in room, use a mattress cover so thin sheets are not directly on the hard mattresses, daily room /towel checks etc - this is management responsibility not the kind staff. I think staff need some training as nothing was too much when asked but inconsistent generally. Sometimes we had placemats rushed to our table with serviette/tissue box sometimes not. On arriving we were greeted nicely but presented immediately with the bill. We got the usual mint tea and biscuits delivered to the room but not cleared away by the next day so we took the tray down ourselves. They were doing some kitchen renovations that we weren’t told about, and in fact we were given a very big discount on check out for the noise (we hadn’t asked so that was excellent) so maybe we hit a bad period as the breakfast was also poor (uncovered open to the breeze, self service, no eggs/hot option as in other places and watery coffee- however fabulous fresh juice) and I had the most awful cold soggy club sandwich (not on the bill). Maybe they need to close for a week for repairs -and management need to step up checking for quality of service and facilities! It’s not enough to respond to the negative reviews on booking.com and not act on it! Please provide training for the lovely helpful staff and sort out this gorgeous place as its location and setting are heaven ! Don’t be put off going as I believe the renovations were only lasting 2 more days!

Lovely authentic Kasbah in an amazing setting far away and close enough to Marrakesh

Pros: Excellent family suite. The property is amazing. Wonderful gardens, setting and pool. Superb views of the Atlas. Staff are friendly and take great care of you. Second visit. Sure to return again 🙏🏼

Pros: Everything exceeded our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was very relaxing and we were sorry we couldn't stay longer. Very friendly staff and delicious dinner and breakfast. We had secure parking for our motorcycle. We highly recommend.

Relaxing stay at Caracalla! Good vibes

Pros: Nice place to relax, the staff were very friendly and kind. Good value I recommend.

An imposing hotel with friendly staff, but needing some maintenance.

Pros: A grand looking palatial building with a stunning view of the mountains. Large comfortable room.

Cons: Some facilities need attention, particularly the taps in my bathroom. And no hot water. The door to my room was difficult to close and impossible to lock.

Pros: There is now small markets around or any restorant so if u wanna have dinner 19 eur per persone and u got Tagine with eggs and meat balls with salat.

Cons: found out some cockroaches at night
