It was an unexpected experience, don’t think we will do it again

Pros: Breakfast was good, staff were very helpful and willing to go for that extra mile

Cons: 1, Lighting in the room needed to be brighter 2, Definitely needed more sockets/USB by the bed side 3, No iron in the room 4, No TV in the room 5, Internet was terrible in the room, almost no internet during the day, signal got better after midnight , but it went off again by 5-6am. 6, Hotel is in the middle of nowhere, in the total wilderness , so be prepared to pay for the hotel shuttle bus if you want to go anywhere We occupied four rooms in the hotel and we all had the same problems

Pros: Wonderful staff, nothing was too much to ask from on the property, in the dining room, driving into town. Delicious food, relaxing place to stay. Comfortable rooms. Couldn't have been more satisfied!

Pros: Struttura di altissimo livello e con grande senso di accoglienza. Staff molto attento alle esigenze dei clienti. posizione fantastica e ben curata. Grande cura degli aspetti di identità locale e rispetto delle tradizioni

Cons: Direi nulla in particolare. Forse per i mesi invernali penserei a qualche sistema di riscaldamento delle camere. suggerisco di non usare la sala colazione esterna durante i mesi invernali. non essendoci telefono in camera fate in modo che tutti gli ospiti possano comunicare con lo staff tramite per esempio whatssup.

une oase de tranquilité

Pros: + le personnel était très gentil et toujours prêt à aider + le domaine est une oase de tranquilité + grandes chambres spacieuses + un cadre très agréable pour le diner le soir (pas compris dans le prix) + le vin et la bière est de bonne qualité

Cons: - à environ 20 km de Marrakech , donc les déplacements se font toujours par voiture , mais le service taxi par hotel est bien organisé (prix raisonable) - le wifi ne fonctionnait pas à l'endroit du petit déjeuner

Pros: المكان جميل جدا لمحبين الهدوء والسمر ورؤية القمر والنجوم المسكن راقي لايوصف في هدوئه وجماله ستحبه فعلن الجميع حولك يخدمك ياسين المدير اكثر من رائع فهو معك علطول ويحرص على راحتك احمد والاخ البواب وزهره جميعهم محترمين

Cons: كل شي لطيف احببت لو كان هناك اضاءات من الخارج حتى بوابة الدخول وايظا يبقى المكان من الداخل مضاء حتى يجعل احساس بالراحه للاطفال وغيرهم

Pros: Excellent endroit sur tous les niveaux, Yassine nous a extrêmement bien reçu, et Ahmed était aux petits soin, un super staff. Tout est pensé dans les moindres détails pour se sentir dépaysé. On y retournera sans hésiter !
