Really enjoy. He is so much kind and patient. We really enjoy the short stay!

Pros: Very clean and tidy and it's the best one which I lived in Morocco! Everything is new!

Pros: Penthouse Fes was absolutely outstanding. The apartment was immaculate — modern, spotless, and beautifully finished throughout. Everything felt brand new and very well looked after. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was amazing, and the fast WiFi was a huge bonus after long days out exploring. It had everything I needed and more. What really made the stay special was the host. So kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He even helped me park my motorbike securely, which gave me total peace of mind. If you’re staying in Fes and want somewhere modern, clean, and stress-free, I couldn’t recommend Penthouse Fes more highly. I’d stay again without hesitation.

Clean modern apartment, close to the station and within walking distance of the medina.

Pros: We drove to Fes, so we chose an area with on-street parking. The Penthouse-Fes apartment allowed us to park nearby. Mohammed is very friendly and accommodating. We like to walk, so we walked into the medina in the evening - probably took us about 20 minutes. Penthouse-Fes is clean and modern. The double bed is a great size. Breakfast was provided at La Pause cafe just across the road.

Cons: We put the address into our satnav but it took us to an area about ten minutes walk away. We struggled a bit to find the door of the apartment block, but we called Mohammed and described where we were and he came to the door to meet us. A photo of the door and its surroundings would have helped us.

A little hidden gem.

Pros: The property is only a five minute walk from the station. Breakfast is taken at a cafe an route to the station and was very good.

Cons: Nithing.

Pros: The most modern place I've been to in Morocco with a great price and lovely staff!

Pros: The staff, in particular Mahmoud was very kind and helpful. He gave us touristic advice and he knew the best prices in town. The room was very clean and our stay was nice.

Penthouse, on ground floor

Pros: Mahmoud speaks excellent English making communication easy. He was very helpful in assisting me to the pharmacy to buy medicine

Cons: The room size. But the rooms very clean and the toilet spacious

Clean, great value, comfy!

Pros: It’s a lovely place, nice and modern & clean. Comfy bed and really helpful staff at reception. He let us do our washing for free in his machines which was great!!

Cons: It didn’t have much in the area that was walking distance, but it was ok as the old medina wasn’t too far, just a short taxi ride away.
