Pros: This place was absolutely beautiful! Loved pretty much everything about it

Cons: There was no drinking water provided in the rooms , so make sure you bring bottled water with you!

Nice calm riad

Pros: Very spacious and bright room, comfortable bed. Small calm riad. Nice food and friendly owners. Secure parking.

Perfect place to stay before heading into the desert

Pros: We arrived at 2AM at this hotel due to our travel from the Errachidia airport to Merzouga and they allowed us to check-in and get some rest, and manage the administrative stuff in the morning. The room is spacious, and has the perfect view of the Sahara dunes + air-conditioning when it got really hot. We loved the place so much that we decided to extend 1 more day so we can return to the same room after our glamping experience. Youssef was incredible in arranging all the items we wanted to be done (camel ride, 4x4, glamping arrangements) including our transport back to Marrakech. Hassan was really great in serving the breakfast and last minute lunch arrangements we made in the hotel. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

Pros: Amazing Riad. We had a beautiful room in front of the dunes. Very comfortable and clean. Big bathroom. Lovely outside area with sitting place and nice pool. Delicious breakfast. You can walk to the dunes from the backyard. The staff was very friendly.

Nice hotel

Pros: Great facilities and friendly staff. Good food. Well suited to make day trips to the desert or just spend a relaxed day.

Cons: Staff at the front desk seemed a bit lost. He confirmed vegetarian Tagine for dinner and preparation of a breakfast bag to-go. Both did not happen; dinner was chicken (was ok for us but would kill the mood for any vegetarian) and breakfast to-go was not prepared.

Memorable and magical

Pros: Everything was top notch, enjoyed the stay fully to the maximum.. loved the team behind this beautiful riad. I can't express my satisfaction enough, loved the staff, they treat you like family which makes it magical at any moment. I was also amazed how clean it was, how good the breakfast was. Basically, this is one of the best and most beautiful places i've stayed in. When i come back.. i'll come back to this memorable riad with a stunning view.

Good place to stay for visiting the Dunes

Pros: Very impressive lookout to the dunes in the desert. Nice pool area. Friendly and helpful staff. Good breakfast. Nice trips - camel ride with sun rise and dinner in the desert with SUV.

Cons: The room we booked didn't exist any more. So they put us first in a smaller room. After some conversation they put us in 2 rooms next to each other what was correct. So good solution in the end.

Great location and nice facilities, let down by hospitality.

Pros: Location was amazing, could walk out the back gate straight into the dunes and explore. The facilities were clean, tidy, and very comfortable.

Cons: Felt unwelcome as a family with young children. Amenities were not readily available, e.g. pool was closed, required the support of several guests to open it. Plus, was told the on-site restaurant opened at 8pm, then arrived at 8pm only to be told that we needed to make a reservation and so had to leave.

Pros: top located, Erg Chebbi is right behind the backyard, very comfortable, friendly personal
