Le Retour au calme Maison d'hôtes

All in all a really nice place- especially for sunny weather!

Pros: We had a really good stay at Retour au Calme! Hamza was a really nice host, always around to answer questions and really attentive. The location makes it easy to explore the town by foot and find places to eat or get a tea:) Getting to the Gorges by shared taxi was also easy and inexpensive! We also enjoyed the daily breakfast!

Cons: Since we were a bit unlucky with the weather, the room was a bit cold and we couldn't enjoy the beautiful terraces as much (but they are very beautiful!)

Pros: The place is well located and well designed, offering a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very kind and helpful.

Cons: The property is perfect for stays during the warmer months. In December, the room felt a bit cool at times

Pros: Lovely stay, the family were very welcoming, and made us feel at home. The location was good, just a short drive to the gorge.

Pros: Amazing calm relaxing place. Really friendly staff and food was great! We are a family of 3 and the table tennis and trampoline were welcomed!

Pros: Tasty dinner and breakfast. The dinner was modest for the price, but it was still quite cheap. Very nice owner. Good place to explore the village area. We like it when we get a room like we ordered. Here we got a bigger one, but unnecessarily with many beds. No problem for one night ;-) It was clean and absolutely quiet!

Perfect location amidst incredible beauty, warm and helpful staff

Pros: Perfectly located Riad. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and went out of their way to assist me! A tranquil atmosphere has been created, the rooms are very comfortable, I had a magical stay amidst a beautiful setting near the Todra Gorge.

Best place I stayed in during my trip

Pros: Fabien and Mouna were very nice. The place is great, the breakfast was good.

Cons: The shared bathroom was very small, the shower head needs replacing and the holder also, makes it difficult to conserve water when showering. I've osteoarthritis and the bed was very hard although the second night was better with the use of some extra pillows.

Wonderful stay. Can just recommend.

Pros: Hosts were super nice. Cute kitten. Very nice dinner.

Cons: A bit tricky to get to by car at night.

Charming hostel with kind staff

Pros: Very friendly staff, charming hostel with a pretty terrace and garden. The name is quite fitting! Good location (close to the centre, but also easy to reach with a car). Fabian can give you great advice about the things to do in the area. He is also friends with the animals living in the neighbourhood, so be ready for some pets' affection :)

Cons: No private bathroom. It was quite cold when we arrived (so make sure to bring warm clothes if you come in November), but you will get an extra blanket to keep you warm. Common issue in Morocco, dogs barking at night - bring earplugs:)
