Pros: Staff are friendly and helpful Mr. Aziz (hotel manager) is such a kind person, receptionists, bell captain and restaurant staff are more than professional

Cons: Noise of night club guests during night

Pros: Extremely helpful staff who helped me out of à problem. Hôtel is well situated. There is a taxi rznk just behind it and you can explore old Meknès using this hôtel as a base. Nice breakfast.

Cons: If you have any problems with any aspect of your room, the staff will do their very best to sort them.

Outstanding

Pros: Super clean hotel and a highly friendly staff specially Ms. khawala in reception and Yonis. They even did my laundry at a laundry shop out of their hotel and brought me the invoice from that laundromat. I appreciate they being honest and did not overcharge me for doing my laundry such as many hotels. I paid what with the outsider laundromat exactly charged. Ms. Khawala changed the room for me when I express dissatisfaction with my first room on the second floor after my first night being there. Also, Mr. Younis was so helpful, answering all my questions and even took me to Currency exchange office when I needed it!

Pros: i had amazing experience, the hotel has a calm atmosphere and the service was very good in the restaurant besides the stuff of the reception they we're very helpful within the informations of the hotel also about directions of the places to visit as the Old Medina as historical stories of the city, i still want to try the food again it was very delicious

I have stayed at numerous hotels within Meknes and this hotel is the best I’ve stayed at up to now.

Pros: The roof terrace is a nice place to relax in the evening and the hotel is very clean!

Pros: The location, the breakfast and mostly the staff at the reception.

Cons: A latency in getting a sandwich order at the restaurant, very exhausted once arrived after a long trip wanted to get something quick but from the time it took, it looked like that my order was not even submitted and when I went to check on it, they ask it almost ready but I assume that it was order only when I checked on them, didn't like it and asked to cancel and they made wait more time till I asked them to make it as a take out.
