Pros: Staff provided me with a fan upon request. The breakfast was quite good and delicious. Especially the msemmen, variety of breads, tea and fruit juice. The room had a nice bathtub to relax.

Cons: AC did not work although i got a fan upon request which i prefer to sleep well and filter out noise from outside.

Great Stay in Rif – Would Definitely Return!

Pros: I had a very pleasant stay at Hotel Reef in Meknes. The hotel is ideally located in the city center, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The swimming pool was very nice — clean and cool water in a very hot day - that was so refreshing, and perfect for relaxing. My room was spacious, simple, and very clean, which made for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was satisfying, with a simple variety of options, and the staff were exceptionally kind and attentive. A lovely gesture I appreciated was when local pancakes were specially reheated for me. I also want to commend the manager at reception, Monsieur Aunoir, who was extremely helpful—he provided a detailed map of Meekness and shared valuable tourist tips that enhanced my visit. Thank you very much - to Aunoir and your colleagues (who helped me with my luggage and getting a taxi)!

Cons: The only downside to my stay was the setup around the swimming pool. The pool area is surrounded by restaurant tables, and in the afternoons and evenings, guests would sit and smoke around the pool (mostly in the evenings before the restaurant is open). This created a layer of smoke over the water, which made swimming uncomfortable and unpleasant. I strongly believe the hotel should consider implementing a policy that restricts smoking around the pool during its active hours—specifically after breakfast and before dinner. Allowing smoking during dinner service is understandable, but during swimming hours (up to 19.30 pm), a smoke-free environment would greatly improve the experience for non-smoking guests.

Excellent priced

Pros: It's an old fashioned hotel but has everything one needs. Staff is very very cooperative and nice as long as one respects them. It's central and near everything. Price is very competitive. Breakfast is standard but they don't offer extra tea or latteie. Will charge extra. Nevertheless I was very happy though I am a complaining person.

Cons: Balcony doors have never been repaired or oiled. Some of the shower mixer holder is broken but staff needs to be reported to get it repaired. Pool is too deep on one end, water is very cold. Some noise but they replaced my room.

Pros: Every thing! Location is great. And helpful staff.

Cons: No me gusta el aire acondicionado, hace mucho ruido en la habitación Espero que lo cambien.
