Perfect

Pros: The reception was excellent. The staff were very professional, friendly, and always available. The room was spotless and well-prepared — you can clearly see the great work done by the housekeeping team. I also appreciated the presence of the security agent, who was respectful and attentive.

Cons: Nothing to mention, everything went smoothly.

Pros: Staff speaks English perfectly. When I asked to change room because of noise from the street, they did it right away. Walking distance from historical center. Soft mattress.

Cons: A bit noisy street. If you are sensitive for this, ask for a room with window to yard.

Pros: Expérience exceptionnelle ! L’accueil à la réception était excellent, le personnel est vraiment attentif et souriant. La chambre était impeccable, merci aux femmes de chambre pour leur travail exceptionnel. Un grand merci également à l’agent de sécurité pour sa disponibilité et son professionnalisme, je me suis sentie en confiance tout au long de mon séjour. Toute l’équipe mérite un grand bravo. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation.
