Good location near transport and Medina.

Pros: Very welcoming and knowledgable staff. Very close to smaller train station Gare Al Amir Abdul Kader and city buses, grandes and petites taxis.

Good hotel in center of Mekness

Pros: Right in the middle of Mekness. Shops and restaurants close-by. Very comfortable bed and nice hot shower. Good breakfast. I had a problem with my door lock but they assigned me another room. Good WIFI 15 minutes walk to trainstation.

Cons: I was there end of December and it was quite cold. The ac could not really warm the room. The locks of the doors to the balcony are not working, so you can not lock them. This was in both rooms the case.

Pros: Nice and helpful staff We could park our bicycles in the garage Spacious room, we got an upgrade The first day we could choose out of three breakfast options, second day not

Cons: We had a terrace, but no chair to sit there, so it does not make much sense The coffee in the morning was disgusting

Pros: Lovely staff, excellent location. Comfortable beds. Nice hot shower. Very clean ! . We don’t understand the bad comments. We had a wonderful stay - surely some equipments look torn off, but still functional? I would have never thought of it if it weren’t for the comments. 100% worth it

Cons: A little bit cold - but there was an AC with a heater that worked fine

A practical solution to explore the area

Pros: The room was clean and confortable. The breakfast, included in the price, was excellent! Few minutes walk from the railways station.

Cons: The swimming pool could not be used, cold and small. The hotel is generally a bit run down (problems with water supply both cold and hot, with the hairdryer - which were solved anyway quite quickly), a little renovation would be nice.
