A fantastic experience to never forget

Pros: What an amazing experience from start to finish! We were picked up and brought back safely. Everything was perfectly arranged. The host was incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive, taking all the time for us and the children. Everyone we met, from the driver to the waiter, was equally kind and welcoming. Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, fresh, and prepared with great care. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and comfortable, with a great shower and breathtaking views of the surroundings. The camel ride at sunset and sandboarding with the kids were unforgettable experiences. The host and team were endlessly patient and made sure everyone felt at ease and had fun. In the evening, we enjoyed traditional local music by the campfire under a stunning starry sky. A truly magical experience, perfect for families. We highly recommend this to everyone!

Cons: The water heater only warmed the water and had to be adjusted so we could shower.

Superb desert experience

Pros: Well situated among sand dunes well south of Merzouga and other camps so night sky was awesome. Large comfortable room with large windows to see the desert. Hot water shower and proper bathroom facilities. Just plain well thought out. People were lovely

Pros: Les services et le personnel sont impeccables. L’emplacement isolé des autres bivouacs. Les tentes avec des fenêtres. La propriété et les équipements. Le personnel au petits soins. Les repas copieux et délicieux.

Cons: La communication avant le jour de l’arrivée. La non transparence sur les prix. Les prix des activités non précisés sur le site officiel ni sur le site de réservation.

Amazing hotel with an equally amazing staff!

Pros: So so beautiful!! Nothing like I’ve ever seen before. The staff are very welcoming and kind, and it really added to the experience. We loved staying here!

Best camp experience in Merzouga!

Pros: Staff were so friendly and courteous. They really went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable and had a good experience. Magical!

Amazing glamping . Could not be better !

Pros: Amazing experience right in front of the sand dunes in the most comfortable conditions we could hope for . Having windows on the tents really made a difference in winter so we could enjoy the views while being warm at night . Heating worked great even though it was really cold at night . This was glamping as we imagined it. Staff was fantastic . Special thanks to Aziz for being so attentive to our needs and for the great conversations.
