Amazing hotel in great location
Pros: This is an amazing hotel in a beautiful location. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful… we were upgraded to an amazing suite overlooking the mountains and with views of Ait benhaddou. Food in the restaurant was buffet style on the second night because of a big trip in, but was varied and of food quality. The bed was a bit hard for us. All in all I couldn’t recommend it more.. exceptional.

Look no further. This place is simply the best.
Pros: This place.. Just book it.... Really exceeded my expectations. We actually came back later again. The hotel works a lot with tour groups (that arrive at night and leave in the morning), so during the day you might have it all to yourself. During september, there were barely any people anyways.
Cons: The food at the hotel is the only downside. And there are not a lot of alternatives around.

I came to assess the property and it is a great place. I am thrilled.
Pros: The whole place is ideal I suggest requesting a large room. The food is great, staff fantastic and I will absolutely return and bring others. One amazing miracle is their ATM machine in the lobby. It gives you as much money as you want and believe me...ATM's do not exist in the villages on the ride to Ait Ben Haddou...so finding a cash machine was heaven.
Cons: Pillows were a bit stiff, bed quite firm.

Pros: This is a little gem. The staff are lovely and helpful and the rooms are very clean.
Cons: There are a lot of renovations going on around the property, perhaps due to the earthquake so there was a lot of construction noise. That could not be helped though!

All in all a good stop on our way to Sahara. I would book it again.
Pros: it is a nice Kasbha and Located 5min from Ait Ben Haddou. It was easy to find and access. Location view are stunning. The design of the buildings are very nice and traditional. Pool area looks very nice and welcoming. It was simply to fresh to swim but will be a great refreshment in the hot season.
Cons: The breakfast buffet was okey, i expected more from the room rate but all in all it was okey but not great. The Bar closes at 22:00 which i found a little early, since there is not much to do.

Cons: Rooms can be done upwards inline with their pricing

Pros: New team of staff who are really doing their best to provide you the best service possible. They listen to your needs and adjust. The hotel is definitely in an upward spiral with the new management and staff. The place itself is incredibly beautiful and has a great vibe.
Cons: Room is comfy, but requires some little fresh updates.

A reasonably priced and beautiful oasis in a gritty town. The mountain views are gorgeous.
Pros: The Ksar is a lovely oasis in a gritty town with limited historical or other cultural attractions, so this Ksar truly feels like an oasis in Ait Benhaddou. The interior courtyard, the architecture, and the rooms were all beautifully designed. The view of the mountains from the terrace was breathtaking. The prices are very reasonable, so this is a good value for your money.
Cons: --The food was a bit mediocre, except for the breakfast, which was good. The wine selection was limited and of lower quality. Some Spanish reservas, Chiantis, and French wines like a provencal rose should be added to the wine list and would be appreciated. (The wine list was limited to Moroccan, and not the best ones available in Morocco.) --This oasis is located in a gritty town with limited historical or other cultural attractions. Nearby Ouazarzate -- a 15 to 20 min drive -- is probably the better more interesting town in which to stay. --We had to wait 15 minutes for the receptionist to return so we could check out.
