Pros: Hana, the lady of the house was amazing, ready to attend to all your needs. We left our bags at the riad to come pick them up in the evening without a problem. Also the owner was very responsive and helped us. Good breakfast. Very comfortable bed! A spacious and clean room. Would recommend! Amazing value for price!
Cons: The location was a bit dodgy, but that is just Fes.

Accommodation worth booking again
Pros: - Hanna and her son Jahja are very nice - Comfortable beds - Functional inverter air-conditioning, which is a rarity in Morocco - Excellent location in the medina - Welcome tea
Cons: - The passage between the window and the bed is too small - we had a few injuries - The toilet seat doesn't work - I saw other guests write the same thing, but in the meantime nothing has been done to fix it - The breakfast is one of the worst in Morocco - everything is bought in large retail chains - artificial juice in the middle of the orange season, store-bought jams, hard bread, etc...

Pleasant stay in Riad bad service from booking.com
Pros: The room was quite spacious and comfortable for couple and little kid like us. There are few rooms and his position make him quite wich is good for him to be rest and also close to most of all interesting spot in the médina, good breakfast made from Hanna.
Cons: The place coud be perfect if some details improve, for example, maps or tips for what to see or experience in town, liltle things to work out. Poor service from Booking.com (The Riad had nothing to do with this issue) the way to the aeroport they told us we have free transport from airport to Hotel offered from Booking ,they never show up and they never answer all email, we had to find transportation on our own.

Pros: The location was very good and the terrace was very useful and has a cosy environment and you can feel the morrocan Vibe. Speacial thanks to the lady who was always smiley and helpful.
Cons: Unfortunately there was a bad smell in the room. But i guess it is a common problem in Fez. And the bed was very hard

Dar with great value
Pros: The location was good, it’s in the old town, with the direction and google map, we managed to find it. Stayed in for dinner as it was 9pm, great portion for starter, chicken pastilla was delicious. We booked family room, 2 single beds downstairs, 1 double bed upstairs, it was a little close upstairs, so we on the aircon for a bit, downstairs was cooler, beds were comfy. Breakfast portion was big, bread, cake, Msemmen, toast, egg, different jam, cheese, olives, yogurt, chocolate powder (kids used it to make hot chocolate), coffee, milk, juice, fruits, and it was included in the room fare, great value. The owner said he was a tour bus driver for 16 years, this was his family house, he was taking a couple for tour when we had breakfast, so I listened to the difference of Dar, Riad and Palais, then we met him outside Chouara Tanneries, so he got us to the balcony to see it, also got us mint leaves.
Cons: All great.
