Pros: A great welcome, lovely complementary food on arrival. Help with washing our clothes, a little expensive and the clothes weren’t properly dried, but convenient. Help with taxi’s etc. The beds were clean and comfortable. Hot water for showers.

Cons: The bathrooms and the riad overall needs a bit of care. The balcony area in particular is lacking attention.

Pros: The staff were very helpful and assisted us with our luggage upon arrival. Welcome drinks and breakfast were provided, which was a nice touch. Laundry service is available for €10 with unlimited clothes. Mohamed was an excellent host and took great care of us throughout our stay. The riad is well located near the street, making it easy to unload luggage from the car, and it’s close to the city centre. The decoration is beautiful and well maintained.

Cons: The room space was a bit limited, likely because I booked the basic room. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would recommend it.

Awesome location - clean and comfortable - great service

Pros: Staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and comfortable with a good size and heating / cooling, food was great, and the location was absolutely perfect (quick entrance to the medina but away from the hustle and bustle and easy to get to by petit taxi). Great views over the medina and hills from the rooftop terrace.

Cons: Can't fault much - shower started running out of hot water by the second shower but we weren't necessarily being quick.

Pros: The hospitality at Riad Layalina Fes, was incredible, we felt so welcome and cared for from the moment we arrived. They helped organise transfers, offered tea and treats and were very generous providing local advice. The room and facilities were spotless and we can’t wait to come back!

Pure perfection: kind people, comfy bed, beautiful Riad.

Pros: Beautiful decor and the staff - we loved Asma - were so so kind. They really made it feel like we were at home staying with family and they even decorated our bed beautifully for our honeymoon. We were truly touched by the great service. The guide they organised Abdul was also special, he knew the medina like the back of his hand and even left us a little present for our marriage. It was also perfect location right outside the city walls so you could go back and have a breather on the beautiful terrace. Can’t recommend the place enough.
