The most wonderful days during our vacation here in Maroc.

Pros: Beautiful rooms, the food was incredibly good and delicious, they gave us tips for hikes and also arranged a very good guide for us. You can reach les gorges du dades, le gorges du Toudra, la vallée de Roses and more. Nathalie and Ali's hospitality was truly exceptional. Thank you so much for these wonderful days.

A warm welcome to a little paradise - home away from home

Pros: Our stay with Nathalie and Ali was absolutely wonderful. During our two-week trip through Morocco, we never felt more welcome than we did with this charming couple. KASBAH ALTAÏR has been created and furnished with so much love and care – you can feel it in every corner. Sustainability is a key value here: from solar energy to fresh vegetables straight from their own garden. The freshly prepared dinner and breakfast were simply outstanding – a true culinary delight. We left feeling inspired, deeply relaxed, and incredibly grateful. Thank you – dear Nathalie and dear Ali – for an unforgettable experience!

Pros: From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed, the hosts were always attentive and eager to make our stay unforgettable. We enjoyed quiet mornings coffee and watching the sunsets, as there is an outlook to mountains from the property. Breakfasts were varied and always prepared on time and the tajine dinner we ordered was the best we ate in the region :) This is 1 h drive from Dades and 1,5 from Todra canyon so you can come here for both relax and sightseeing. Do not refuse the offer to the walk to the rose valley with the host Ali, as you will lose much :)

Warmhearted and sensational stay, breathtaking scenery, amazing heritage, which exceeded by far our expectations

Pros: Extremely warm welcome by Ali and Nathalie, a fantastic couple with sparkling eyes and a fascination for the area. Ali is native to the region and Nathalie is French. The rooms are very colourful and spacious. The vues are fabulous, especially from the rooftop with 360 degree panorama of the mountains of the High Atlas, as well as the stars at night. We even had the chance to get a small explanation of the star system by Ali, a real expert in astronomy. Excellent Tajine with local products, very rich breakfast and outstanding service. We had a great time visiting the surroundings, the beautiful green gardens and the river area. Ali is the perfect local to inform you about beautiful local walks and treasures.

Pros: die grosszügige Anlage mit viel Platz, die super freundlichen Wirtsleute, die sehr herzliche Aufnahme, die familiäre Atmosphäre, die Beratung, die unkomplizierte Versorgung mit dem super guide Ibrahim

Pros: Sehr herzlicher Empfang der Eigentümer. Sehr reichhaltiges grosszügiges Morgenessen. Die Unterkunft ist sehr, sehr ruhig gelegen in einer schönen Landschaft.

Neue Kasbah über dem Fluss

Pros: Die Kasbah ist neu gebaut und wir waren in diesem Jahr unter den ersten Gästen. Die Lage über dem Flusstal ist herrlich - es gibt einen direkten Zugang zum Fluss in dem man auch baden kann. Das Tal der Rosen ist in direkter Nachbarschaft zur Unterkunft. Die Tajine zum Dinner war vorzüglich und auch das Frühstücks-Buffet war reichlich und gut. Die Gastgeber sind ein unglaublich freundliches Ehepaar aus Frankreich, von denen wir viel über Land und Leute in Marokko erfahren haben. Und als wir am Morgen einen Plattfuss am Autoreifen hatten, half uns der Gastgeber nicht nur beim Reifen wechseln, sondern begleitete uns auch in die nächste Werkstatt, wo alles wieder bestens repariert wurde. Schade, dass wir nur eine Nacht dort hatten, weil wir auf unserer Rundreise weiter mussten. Kasbah Altair ist eine echte Empfehlung!

Pros: C’est un hébergement dans lequel on pourrait passer beaucoup plus qu’une nuit. Très vaste, vue dégagée sur l’atlas. Très calme. Point de départ de nombreuses randonnées. Excellent accueil d’Ali
